First of all stuff was really friendly and kind. Their direction tips helped us a lot to reach out the hotel from airport. Location of the hotel was really good.

We did not realize that the owner of the apartment lived above. Marco was wonderful! What a beautiful, charming apartment for our stay in Venice. Very spacious, gorgeous decor and floor - it's also on the first floor which is a bonus with lots of luggage. Lots of windows to allow air in, bed was comfortable. Shower was good! Small little faux "kitchen" area to relax and have a snack. It's off the beaten path and in a quieter, more residential area. We were invited up to his home for continental breakfast (14euro). Such a fantastic experience. Nice family. Allowed us to check out a little late which was perfect! We also didn't expect a cleaner to come during our 2 night stay. bonus! No A/C, but not so bad during May and the windows/fan helped. This is more on us than anything else because we did not do enough research prior to stay - but we had a car and parked in the closest garage to Venice (San Marco). Its a 25-30m walk. You can take a water taxi and get closer, but we opted to walk. It's not horrible, but there are a lot of bridges with stairs. Just beware!

The location was perfect. In nice quiet neighborhood away from the busy parts. Nice local restaurants and amenities around the corner which worked out well. Definitely would stay again. AC wasn’t working but a little fan was provided. Be nice to have A/C though

Host (Marco) was combative when asked how to turn on the A/C (advertised with apartment). We were told we didn't need it and Americans in particular waste energy. A/C was disabled and we could not use it even if we wanted. As it turned out, nights were cool and we did not need A/C with the use of ear plugs to block outside noise.

Exceptional

We were welcomed by very nice hosts. They gave us tips, explained everything and recommended some places worth visiting. The room was very clean and cozy. There was everything what we need. Location is good - about 20 minutes walk from the city center, which wasn't a problem for us.

Very friendly Pretty small apartment

The place is located in a nice neighbourhood, very quiet, which was important as I am a very light sleeper! It was very clean and nicely decorated. Marco was helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely repeat the stay there if we get a chance to visit Venice again.

The place was peaceful and lovely to look at.

Loved our stay here! Big bathroom, comfortable bed, table and chairs, deep fridge. No laundry on site, but they recommended a good laundromat. Ate at some of the restaurants they recommended and we had great experiences? everything is within walkable distance (20 minutes or less). Would have just liked a TV to watch Netflix, etc. but we were fine without of course.

Lovely little room in a locals area, we loved that is was a quiet well appointed, and close to excellent restaurants and transport links. Marco was super friendly and accomodating. We thought we would have access to an outside/communal area but that's only in summer. It was too rainy anyway.

This was the perfect room to stay in Venice! Marco is a fantastic host and provided such tremendous tips for fun places to enjoy the neighborhood. We really loved staying in Cannaregio. The room is very spacious and waking up to the sound of birds each morning was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great. Perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is a hidden gem. Marco has been one of our favorite hosts. We highly recommend staying here!! We liked everything!

The location was very good and the room was very cozy. Marco was very helpful and very friendly. We had an amazing stay here.

The B&B is located in a residential area with plenty of top-notch restaurants and bars close by. It is walkable to most tourist attractions. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Loved our stay in Venice. Great accommodation with lovely breakfast area. Marco and Alessandra wee great hosts. They were very friendly and helpful.

Marco and Alexandra were so warm and welcoming. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious and the setting is very serene. The day we were supposed to depart, there was a train strike but we didn’t know if our particular train was affected until day of. We had to go the train station to “wait and see.” Marco was very helpful in alleviating our concern about returning if there was no transportation. We feel as though we have new “ Venetian” friends.

Host were warm and welcoming. Great location. Breakfast excellent. Shower room small.
