Super friendly staff that helped us with water taxi. Let us stay at the hotel after we checked out and waited for the train. The room was cool retro looking.

Canal views and central location. The hot water was functional and breakfast was included. Nice staff generally. Unable to control the temperature in the room which was set to heating even though it was not cold outside. The suggestion was to open the windows but given the loud kiosk bar and construction site in front of the hotel, this made the stay very uncomfortable with poor sleep, on top of mosquitos coming in during the night. Note they also give only one key, complicating logistics if you have more than one person staying given the breakfast room is in a restaurant not connected to the hotel rooms and you need to have the key inserted to have electricity in the room.

The hotel’s location was convenient for short stay in Venice. Our room actually looked better in person than in the photos. It was small but clean, no mosquitos, the a/c worked great, also quiet at night. Breakfast options were wide, we really liked coffee and pastries. Excellent price and quality ratio.

Staff super friendly and location is excellent. Also the Ostaria Santa Fosca connected with the hotel, has a great selection of wine and cicchetti! Recommended!

Location was great and not a bad walk from the train station Bed is super uncomfortable, pillows are hard and flat, the shower is so tiny, and the perfume smell when entering the room is overwhelming.

Hotel is very central, there is a bit of noise in the morning but this is Venice and people have to work, but hey ho it did not put me off @ all there is walking involved to get you to the main parts, but I would wholeheartedly say go explore as that’s the beauty of it. Around every little corner there is something new. The rustic look of the whole area for me was exactly how I wanted to see it. Pack mossy spray as those little critters get ya!
