The location was great, very much in the middle of the action, but still very quiet. The a/c was amazing it was hot! The staff was nice & helpful. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard for me and the pillow was very flat.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ai Do Mori. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Pillows were pretty flat and the bed was not very comfortable
-
Location, one tiny block from the Doge’s palace. No complaints about the property.

The location is steps away from Piazza San Marco and so convenient! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were really firm but we still slept well every night. Just a preference but not a big deal for us.

Location. The place did not look anything like the photos. It was difficult getting up the stairs while opening the doors. The shower was missing the door and the curtain was useless.
-
The location and the staff service. I realized that they didn’t have elevators.

The location was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice. There was paint pealing from the bathroom ceiling that fell onto the sink and our toiletries. The beds weren’t great.

Location The stairs were too many, too steep, and there was no lift. My mother-in-law had difficulty climbing them, and carrying bags up and down was not only challenging but also hazardous.

Excellent location, very clean and hospitable staff All was good

Location and everything else Size of the room
-
Location, stores and restaurants close by. one block from San Marcos
-
Excellent location for sightseeing. No air conditioning in room. No elevator

We loved the location of the the property and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The property was very expensive for the facilities but considering that it’s Venice and we found out there was an art exhibit (we didn’t know about initially) the price might be expected to be expensive.

Nothing. Bed bugs. Unresponsive reception on the phone and in person. Scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Having to take legal action.

It was everything we expected and more: close to the crowd (actually, close to San Marco which was a pleasant surprise), awesome balcony with perfect view of San Marco, and very friendly staff who were most helpful! The rooftop balcony was perfect! A great view of Venice and brought us close to the birds. We loved hearing the bustling crowd and bell rings late into the night! The room was a bit small, with only one space for opening luggages; however, there were many drawers for us to store our stuff! There is no elevator either so it's not for those with too many luggages or whom cannot carry large luggages up 4 stories.

Near everything and very clean

It has a perfect location It was clean and sufficient but bed can be better, bathroom curtains were missing

The hotel has a great location and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well in our room and was only accessible near the reception area. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

The room was great but the bathroom was seperate to the bedroom. Private but still outside the room. There were 4 flights of narrow stairs to climb with 2 large suitcases. Location was perfect. Very central. We took a bus then walked to the hotel - mistake! Meant to be 20min but with numerous staired bridges to climb and cobbled streets, it took 50min. Carrying 2 suitcases up and down dale was exhausting!. Suggest take the ferry from the train station to the hotel. Only a small 5min walk from the ferry stop. The stairs and the fact the bathroom was separate to the bedroom. Only 3m but still separate.
