Location was amazing, the room was quiet, and clean and perfect for the trip. Great water pressure and great sleep. Breakfast Option not available.

The location was truly excellent - only 5 minutes away from San Marco Square and the Doge's Palace.

Location. There was no breakfast. I was put on the 5th floor, no elevator. Even though I stayed a week, they said it was impossible to move me to a lower floor, which made no sense. I am 82 and those stairs were a struggle. At least they carried my suitcase up and down. Also, there was never anyone at reception. Very strange hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. The shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. There was daily maid service. The location was exceptionally good, with a very short walk to St. Mark's and Rialto The bathroom flooded when showering, both because the drain was slow and because the shower door didn't meet properly. We did figure out how to regulate the pressure after the first day. We were promised coffee and the coffee machine was broken, this was really bad for us.

The hotel is right near San Marco square, so the location is very good. The economy room was clean, bed sheets and towels were changed every day. Bathroom has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The sound proof is very bad, you could hear footsteps and voices very easily from the corridors. Though the sound from outside is not that noticeable (we stayed at 4th floor). In the economy room the bed is made from two small mattresses, not just one, which creates a gap in the middle, this is not specified in the description.

Great hotel for the location and price! Room was quiet and very comfortable. Loved the convenient location to great food and sights. Did not have breakfast and wished there was an iron in the room but the staff and cleanliness far exceed in hospitality. I would stay here again 10 times over. No iron in room, but I didn't ask for one either. Cooling system was a bit slow at first.

Soundproofing wasn't great but I had my earplugs. It didn't affect my stay which was very enjoyable.
