Friendy Staff, walking distance to everywhere , buffet breakfast is good , 4pm to 6pm free tea snack and water taxi beside the hotel when checking out very convenient. None

The location was excellent for our family and the room was great and spacious. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Especially Massimo, he helped us retrieve a forgotten cell phone. Wonderful service and people.
-
Location is great The room was too small Occasionally we did not have hot water. I think the problem was with the faucet, you could hear people in the bathroom in the next room, and the shower was very small

Hotel Montecarlo was outstanding. First, the super convenient location: just one minute a way from the St Mark’s Square. Second, the air conditioning works super well. Venice is hot and humid in summer, and not many places have air conditioning or functioning air conditioning. Third, the staff were very friendly. Fourth, the room was super clean and comfy and sound proof. Fifth, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious! None.

Reasoonable price Free luggage storage after checkout was appreciated

Had a problem with the shower and it was fixed almost immediately. Staff is very informative and helpful and friendly Shower is small and full size bed is pushed against the wall making it difficult for one of the 2 people sleeping in it to get into it

1 minute walk to Piazza San Marco! The staffs are very friendly, especially the cleaning staffs. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Staff and closeness to everything

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, location was great & and the breakfast couldn't have been any better. The orange juice was weak.
-
the location was fantastic and very walkable to all the main attractions. Staff members we encountered were super helpful and the hotel was always being cleaned. nothing, great place
-
The only thing I didn't like were the carpets in the room, they had a better moment but now are in a bad shape.
-
The location, the staff was super nice and helpful, walking into the lobby, it felt grand but cozy. The room could use a refresh, the floor was separating, the one toilet button didn’t work, the overhead light was missing a piece and when we showered, water went everywhere.
-
Room was extremely small. Nowhere to even put one suitcase. Bed was double and not queen
-
Great location near San Marco Square and very helpful staff.

the price was expensive

It was spacious and clean. Traveling with husband and two adult kids so it was nice to have a comfortable common area to relax in (we had one of the apartments.) The window view onto the canal was a bonus. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t realize how crowded with tourists the area around St Mark Square was. We probably would’ve liked to stay in a quieter, less touristy neighborhood than where the Hotel montecarlo is located.
