Hotel al Piave

Wonderful location not far from St Marks' Square. Kind and helpful staff. Large, modern baths and comfy beds. Quaint, older decor typical for a boutique hotel. Would have liked a small, simple breakfast - just a croissant and juice or coffee.

We stayed at Hotel Al Piave for two nights with our family of five. We had two rooms and both were wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect - not in the busy areas but close enough to everything. We wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Al Piave! Nothing

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Towels were big, There are excellent restaurants practically next door. Really well located right in the heart of Venice. We were coming from a cruise ship about 2 hours away and they were helpful in arranging private transportation. Just be warned that there are stairs up to the room. Venice as a whole is not easy for anyone with any kind of mobility issues

Great location! Easy walk to the main areas! The hotel was easy to find and easy to check into. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I was pleased to find they actually had an elevator too, very convenient with luggage! The doors are very noisy latching and unlatching. I had a detached bathroom so I felt like I was waking people up early by just trying to get ready. It is an older style hotel so not much sound proofing. The water pressure also wasn’t great in the shower.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs of which I was grateful for. It's not easy getting around Venice. Shower was like a capsule, you had to be very careful getting in and out. But , in fairness, I had an unusual room bathroom was outside the bedroom

If you are looking for a modern hotel, then this is not for you, but luckily for us, we were ready to dive into the culture of Venice in this hotel was perfect. The rooms were vintage styled, but very comfortable and clean and the bathroom bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was included and you had to pick your time slot. We chose 830 to 10 but by the time we got down there at 9:15 a lot of the food was gone, & the staff were starting to clean up. They were however quick to bring us anything we asked for.

Great location! 4 minutes from Saint Mark’s Square. Nice bedrooms and decoration in a classic style, that takes you centuries back. We are a family of six, the double and a quadruple was perfect, the latter very spacious. It’s a small hotel (well it’s Venice…) but really functional. Good breakfast. Will surely come back! Nothing.

Hard to find but as it was my first time in Venice I think everything is difficult to find to be honest.

It’s right in the middle of everything,mic you open your windows you can hear the the people on the street enjoying the day. The staff is so friendly and gave us great restaurant suggestions and they booked our transportation to your ship. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed that as well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a bit of a walk with our luggage from the port but part of that was our fault as we got lost.

We loved the Hotel Al Piave. The room was homey yet elegant. The staff went out of their way to welcome us, provide gluten free food, and arrange a private water taxi. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We also loved the location of the hotel- not far from St. Mark’s Square. The only drawback was that the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor but our room was on the 4th floor. We had to carry our luggage down a flight of stairs in the early morning when staff was not available to assist.
