The attention, how the staff treat us, all was very good. The location was excellent, there was many restaurants near The elevator sometimes didn't open when we pressed the bottom

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to St Mark's Square and also close to the Arsenale ferry stop (with service to the airport), It is perfect for those attending the 'Biennale'.

We loved the location. We loved the personal attention of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. It was very clean. The air-conditioning was excellent and it was quiet. Could do with two pillows and the one provided was a little hard. Possibly more Fresh fruit for breakfast.

Hotel is in an excellent location, room was perfect, very clean with an excellent bed and good sized bathroom. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I wouldbhighly recommend this hotel. Nothing, the hotel was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean The location is excellent at the heart of Venice The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We asked him a thousand questions and he was always happy to help.

Location 10/10 Window view: amazing, we could see the canal, it was beautiful. Breakfast was also very decent. The bathroom is in desperate need for a renovation/maintenance. There are gaps between the bath and the floor.

Great view and only 15 min from centre but far enough away to escape the crowds . Nice area with parks to walk and fantastic reasturants only 2 min away.

This was a lovely small hotel that has an old world charm and excellent views. We had a room for 3 for only one night as we were in transit but the hotel really gave us a true sense of Venice. Needing a late dinner we went out the the local street where there were many reasonably priced restaurants and a lot going on. Even with this outside, the hotel is quiet and unassuming but very clean and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was great as was the check in and check out processes. The reception staff even printed a document for me as we were leaving. We were able to easily walk around the city and took a gondola ride all of which added to our experience and the easy location of this lovely hotel. Unfortunately we had a very extravagant and large private boat moored near the hotel which partly blocked our view of Venice from the windows. Nothing the hotel could do of course, but it was a shame.
