The breakfast served in the courtyard was beautiful, the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were amazing.

Location was amazing. The staff was so kind. It was a very special place ! Nothing :)

We were there during an unprecedented heat wave in May. The air conditioning in the hotel struggled to keep up and our room never got truly cool. But we would still return to Hotel Flora regardless!
-
Very charming and personal. Exceptionally great staff and incredible location. Best I’ve ever stayed at! Nothing - everything was perfect!

Stunning hotel with top notch customer service. Wonderful breakfast in their beautiful dining room. Quiet location with a beautiful entrance, stunning garden, and gorgeous atmosphere throughout. Staff was so helpful with providing directions, personalized recommendations, and helping us make dinner reservations. This will be my go-to when I return to Venice in the future. Highly recommend!

Staff; location; style of the property; and meals-breakfasts were fabulous. Nothing-optimal experience staying at this property. Highest of recommendations from my perspective.

I already mentioned the bad odor in our bathroom.

I never write reviews. The staff at this hotel were outstanding to the extent that I felt obligated to write a review. They were more than willing to accommodate anything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and hit all the best spots in Venice. The main guy we spoke with was Marco, who was phenomenal, but even when he wasn't on site, the rest of the staff were as happy to offer assistance as he was. Highly recommend staying here. That I didn't have time to stay a few more days.

We loved the location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast at Hotel Flora! The garden is charming and makes for such a fun place to start the day. Conveniently, there are docks nearby, making it easy to catch a water taxi when arriving or departing with luggage. When we arrived, our room had a noticeably strong smoke smell. With fabric-covered walls and no fans in the bathroom, the space often felt humid and heavy. Thankfully, the windows can be opened for fresh air. Some rooms are also on the smaller side, so keep that in mind when booking. While the hotel itself is beautiful and unique, our room didn’t feel especially comfortable—and after a long day of travel, it wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for.

Hotel Flora is an oasis in the heart of Venice. The property sits within easy walking distance of all the major sites, yet it is set back from the street so that you can enjoy a quiet night's rest. We were welcomed by kind, helpful and attentive staff. Enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast served in a charming dining room. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean with high-quality linens and small touches like fresh cookies. The gorgeous courtyard is an ideal place to relax when you're not sightseeing. There's so much to love about this hotel. I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Our entire family loved it and made great memories here.

We love the Hotel Flora having first gone in the ‘90s. We continue to go as often as possible. Our room had a bad odor.
