Perfect!

Central to sights around San Marco plaza. Easy walk to other areas of interest. Be warned there is no elevator. Not a problem for me as I pack a carry on bag only.

Location is great, not too far from jetty to/from. Airport/ train station. Only one little bridge to walk over. Free Murano glass factory trip was offered from the hotel and enjoyed so much. No lift. But we managed to get the lower floor as requested. Thank you for that. Bathroom sink plug was stacked otherwise everything was great.

The location was perfect! So close to Doges palace yet far enough to not hear any of the foot traffic! The room is extremely modern and clean! Beautiful decor! Very kind staff! I would go back again :) Hotel at first challenging to find! But the property gave great instructions. I also felt the room felt slightly cramped near the bed area; but I liked the privacy wall between the bedroom and sitting area. So not even a con!

Room was much smaller than pictured. It was hard to get in and out of bed due to lack of space. Steps and noise from room in the upper floor were easily heard. Bathroom was clean but could use some renovation. Restaurants in the area are 100% for tourists and overpriced. If you are looking for more authentic ones, you need to go to a different area such as Dorsoduro

Convenient location City construction near property, but not too bad.

Facilities are ok, check in was fine. The location was difficult to find & it’s on the second floor, the stairs are narrow. We had a hard time pulling our luggages upstairs.

Beds are separate

Room the building

The property was tucked away on a quiet street very close to all the action. Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that was no problem), and honestly it was way nicer than the photos. I think we lucked out and got a special room. It was a little weird that we had to check in at a different location, but they gave very clear instructions and a map for how to get to our building, so it was no big deal.

The room was small, but confortabile.

The property was easy to find literally 5 min walk to San Marco Square ,and everything around ,it was clean everyday bedding towels were changed,it’s very quiet .we loved it I just wish they was a sofa to sit than chairs but other than that everything was just perfect.xxx I wish the was a sofa, for comfort since there’s no lift our room was 97 the 3rd floor :(

Best location that a tourist would imagine to stay. Near Gandola station, S.Marco and alot more

Clean and quiet place. It was hard to find hotel for the first time, because they got registration desk in another place, so it was little bit confusing.

Good

The location is so great. the room size was very convenient, the staff was very helpful and polite. There was only one problem. That was the mosquitoes. We stayed comfortably by buying body spray from the market on the second day. It is probably normal to have mosquitoes because the city is in the middle of the sea. But if we had been warned, we would have taken precautions.

Very central location but also quiet, very clean, great air conditioning, helpful and kind staff. Small room but we used it only for sleeping for one night and it was very good. There were no slippers and shower caps and the pillows were very low and thin for us. There were no elevators so it is a bit difficult to carry heavy and big suitcases to the upper floors.
