We booked three nights in the hotel in June 2026, the hotel’s location is amazing right on the grand canal and next to a water bus stop so very easy to reach, it also has a traghetto (a public gondola service you can pay 2 € per person and only cash and cross the grad canal to the other side) station right outside the hotel The breakfast was good but lacked an egg station where you can ask for an omelette or any other kind of eggs, but the breakfast tables are located just by the window with an amazing view of the grand canal so you can have breakfast with a great view, there are 3 tables located outside right on the canal but if you want to have breakfast there then you must pay extra, but after breakfast and throughout the day you can sit there and enjoy the views free, the staff were nice but not very smiley except a receptionist from Algeria who always smiled and was very nice, the room was big enough, and clean but a bit outdated, the water in the shower was weak, we had a room with no view (this was what we booked so we can’t complain) and Venice all and all was great and sightseeing was very easy because the water bus station was very close. A little outdated, the water pressure was too weak in the shower, and the breakfast lacks an egg station.

Lovely historic hotel Great location on the canal Large comfortable room Ample breakfast to get your day started Washroom needs updating

Air conditioning did not work for the time we were there.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood, and the design is truly impressive. The use of marble and wood detailing creates a warm and beautiful atmosphere. No matter how much I praise the breakfast, it wouldn’t be enough. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a hotel breakfast of this quality. Thank you to the entire team — everyone was welcoming and kind, and we truly had a wonderful stay.

The location was amazing, and the hotel was beautiful, clean with very nice bathrooms etc. The staff, especially the girl who checked us in Saturday and worked on Sunday morning was not nice at all. The rest of the staff was ok. One young mammon Monday morning was super nice.

Great location. Beautiful view from rooftop Nothing
-
The only redeeming quality was the hotel's convenient location near the public ferry, but overall, the condition of the room left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The bathroom had visible mold, and several fixtures were cracked or in poor condition. Out of the four lights in the room, only one worked properly—the others were either non-functional or flickering.

Beautiful location with a view to the Rialto market. Nice, simple breakfast. All was fine.

The staff was very friendly and professional, the location is great (25 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by boat from the main station), the view from their dock is amazing, and everything was very clean and comfortable. A bit expensive for what it offers, and the breakfast could be improved (it’s similar to that of a 3-star hotel).

Perfect location. Clean big room, helpful staff Breakfast

Loved the location. Central to all the sites. We walked to lot of sites. There are a lot of v good restaurants right outside the hotel. The breakfast spread was very good. The shower stall was very small.
-
We had a sizable room and it was a nice location. They served a very nice breakfast and the breakfast staff was helpful. It’s an older property and needs a little more updating.

Beds and pillows were a little hard for our taste

The people was nice and thank you for all, good breakfast and clean rooms… one the best experiences during the festival as everywhere is a mess

Beautiful, historic hotel - nice and small, quiet on the Canal we had suite 209 with canal view, huge room - lovely view, nice breakfast. Good location - convenient to get a water taxi directly from the front of the hotel to the airport arranged by the hotel. Nothing really
