Was ok Room had nothing but bed and tv

Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly receptionist in the afternoon and evening. It is a long distance from the ferry port but not a big deal. We are walkers and the bus is available.

Good location, safe area, good breakfast, supportive staff, they even provided very useful information by email well in advance, excellent transport connection, self-service laundry machines available nearby, restaurants at walking distance.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and of course available in English. On the 03/10 there was a national strike so they put an announcement to us in the lift telling us about the available public transportation….etc. It was clean, the breakfast was nice, and the views were incredible. Just slight away from the city and you’d need a bit of time commuting back and forth.

During breakfast there was no re-filling of items specially fresh food for eg: boiled eggs, breads, yoghurt etc. ,only 1 staff to take care of everything

Our room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view. The staff was very helpful and arranged for our late arrival (they have a lovely dog too). The only thing to keep in mind is that sometimes the breakfast room runs out of tables.

Hotel was located quite far away from Lido’s center but the bus connection was great. I actually loved the area because it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was really good! In addition the staff was extremely friendly!

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. It was away from the crowds of Venice but easily accessible by bus and vaparetto. The staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. The heating wasn’t yet turned on and one night it was very cold. An extra blanket the following night made it much warmer.

The room was very clean, and staff very friendly and accomodating, especially with my dietary needs for breakfast (gluten free breakfast items for celiac disease), and with extending my stay. The location was convenient with the regularly-running busses and in a quiet area.
