Great stay friendly staff, parking on the vicinity We stayed in a room in the basement which is not the most comfortable but okay maybe a night or two.

Nice helpful stuff, lovely rooms
-
Breakfast was good. The villa is close to the bus stop.
-
The villa needs some renovation as it is old but all in all it is special because of the old style so it has its charm. Good breakfast. A bit old bathroom and could be cleaner.

the beds, the staff, overally everything n/a

Very pretty 19th-century villa in the middle of the Lido. Welcoming hosts, acceptable breakfast, Venetian prices. The furniture and carpets are period pieces, exuding an outdated charm that is somewhat overwhelmed by plastic flowers. If you have asthma, don't forget to bring your Ventolin.

Really lovely place to stay, staff are friendly and the room was clean. Good location near the beach and easy to get to from Venice centre. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location is really great and the place is quiet and clean Old, rooms are dated and not well-kept. Breakfast was low quality

Everything! We have enjoyed talking to the lady in charge about art and literature!

It’s in Lido, could be a bit far with other people but we enjoyed it because you just need to take one water bus to get there and have the whole view of Venice. Didn’t like to stay underneath the building. Heard everything happening upstairs including walking step noises at 6am was not enjoyable.

It was across the street from a laundramat, close to bus. I was in a lower level room with a private entrance. Ordinarily it would be nice but it rained a lot and it was inconvenient to go in and out. Very nice breakfast! Very nice rooms. Nothing. It was very nice.

-
Nice people Air conditioning wasn’t great and was turned off every day while we were out, meaning it was ridiculously hot at night and we couldn’t sleep
