Nothing This is not a 4 star hotel. It was pound from the staff, dirty in general and the bathroom full of mold. Looks like they started to renovate the bathroom and then changed their mind. Refused to put me in the room I paid for and then proceeded to tell me since I was a solo travel there was nothing they were going to do.

The rooms were spacious, air conditioning was outstanding. The proximity to the waterfront was perfect. N/A

For me the location was nice but for 80 yr olds it’s a bit far from the water docks where you catch the taxis. How we were charged for the water in the fridge when it was supposed to be complimentary. It’s bad enough you have to pay for everything extra. They should have water available in the kitchen not just for breakfast. Some of the staff weren’t very pleasant at the front desk unless they are really like that.

Included breakfast was very nice. Our room was huge. Had averything we needed. Location is less than 100 meters from San Marco Square. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Booked water taxis for us. "Complimentary" tour of Murano was high pressure. When we didn't buy anything we were not returned to our starting location. Rather we were dropped off on the North side of the island on the other side of the hospital.

The shelf that held my phone next to the bed The bed was terrible..the shower was super small ..fridge wasnt working..coffee was disgusting..oh yeah did I say that bad was miserable!

Location is the best. Great breakfast and elegant lobby area. Very historic. Need to upgrade rooms. Desperately needs new shower glass doors instead of curtains, new closets, new mattress, new blow dryer. Modernization will increase market share.

As for the breakfast, It would be nice to have more variety, as it was the same every day, although everything was delicious.

The breakfast and dining facilities were great, really good choices available, Great start to the day. Reception staff were always friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and clean and of course 50m from San Marco so location was great Room was a little tired and the entrance to the bathroom was partially blocked by the window curtain

The AC was a small unit in the sitting room and was not big enough to cool the entire space’s

Located a few steps from San Marco church, so you are at the heart of the main tourist area, but noise wasn't an issue when we are in our hotel room. Room is a good size and clean, same as the bathroom. Nothing, everything is as expected.
