Location near St Mark’s Square was very convenient for tours we took. Staff was very helpful in arranging transfers to our cruise ship. Would stay there again!

We were not surprised (the booking details were not misleading) but it would be nice to have a communal fridge or microwave to store and reheat leftover food.

Close to the square and the water taxi. Centered to everything we wanted to see. Easy check in staff was great Pillows were a little hard but I slept well.

It was very close to everything, walking distance close which I loved! 4 minute walk to the basilica. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The hotel locked at a certain time so you have to use a code to get in which I liked because it made me feel safe. The only thing I didn’t like was I could hear the convo in the next room but I didn’t mind that

Amazing location directly behind St Marks Extremely outdated and worn out room. Carpet is old, mattresses are old, shower is tiny and plastic, room is tiny. I didnt expect much because I knew we were getting a small room on a budget. But I feel like the owners could make the room updated and still make a ton of money on tourists.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best location - 2mins from san marco square and 5mins from rialto bridge! Along the street were so many good restaurants and it is a straight path leading to rialto bridge. It was near everything....st mark's basilica, doge's palace, our gondola meeting point, florian cafe in the square. On our last day to marco polo airport, we just went to the alilaguna ticket office next to san marco square and boarded the water boat to airport easily. I must say a special thanks to the young guy at the reception - he was so nice and helpful telling me the best way to get to the airport, printed out maps and boat schedules for me, really sweet n great service! I would definitely stay at the same hotel next time i am in venice!
