Air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Other family members rooms were ok but nothing was done about our room. Solution was we were stuck with it. No room change, discount or attempt to fix it.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, but the lady at the restaurant was very kind and still let us have coffee and bread even though they were not officially open yet. Thank you for the warm hospitality. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel was a little bit far from the water bus station.

Super hotel. Old but gold! Very calm great hotel ?

I really like the hotel and property. Everything was fine and good, thx No, all is good

The room was not super clean. It had cigarette burn marks on the table and toilets. The edges of the room had dirt build-up and there was a huge dark spot behind the door that looked like mold. The lady on night shift was very nice. The other staff, not so much.

Great location

Pet friendly hotel, pleasant reception staff, comfortable bed and bath. Good breakfast, which was collected in the box on our request

We appreciated the young lady at the front desk. Sarah was very smiley, welcoming, and helpful. The property was a little walking distance to the vaporeto. As it didn't t rain it was fine walking. The vaporeto was easy to use just a little expensive. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The beds comfortable. The room was quiet large and had a safe. Breakfast items were insufficient. We found street parking for our car. All in all our stay was enjoyable. Please note : If you go to Russo Palace You need to take the ferry to get to the property !

Spotlessly clean and a beautiful view over the bay to Venice. Also a great sized room Slightly dated decor

Room was always cleaned

The room was extremely small. The curtains were in bad condition. Also half the time I couldn’t use the small balcony with extremely beautiful view because, the next room the occupants were chain smoker.

Pretty small bedroom, with a not-too-confortable bathroom, but for a few days full busy to visit Venice the accommodation is good and quiet. nice terrace even if shared with another bedroom.

I booked this hotel last minute and did not do much of research beforehand as I usually would. This hotel was a jack pot for me. Quite location, of the beaten path, character room, comfortable, view at the Laguna, 5 minutes walk to the free beach, 10 minutes walk to the water bus station. I couldn't ask for more.

The hotel had a good location and nice view with very attentive staff.

Very nice hotel, straight on the canal. Fantastic view from the window, it was important for me. everything was nice, cleaned, good designed' full of atmosphere. 12 min walking to the fairy and cafes there were noisy boats passing by with music and noise on the canal

the staff were very friendly and helpful. Electric kettle in the room. the bathroom was crowded, partly by the inclusion of a bidet. There was a corner sink with no counter top. The shower door did not close properly. There were not enough power outlets for charging devices without unplugging a lamp and electric kettle. The hotel was built in a different age
