The location is top notch- walking to everything!!! The view from the room ? A bit small for 4 but we made it work

Location! Air conditioner stopped working. Staff reluctant to give us any ice Nothing offered for our discomfort- just a reminder that the beach towels were 5 euros each and check out was at 12 am- no leeway And then they ran out of beach towels. Cleaning staff very attentive and excellent at their job.

Ali at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, transportation and Venice. His kind face at the front desk was always a great way to start or end the day. Alessandra in the restaurant was always very pleasant and kind. She always tried to provide us with what was needed. Pillows and bed.

Decent bed, bathrooms and nice location in Lido, 15 min walk to the ferry to Venice. No air conditioning, mini fridge didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Fire alarms went off at 1 am, rude staff knocking on our door, accusing us of smoking. One of our rooms was next to the parking area, we requested a room on the first floor for senior citizens, the room was complicated to get in with a long staircase. When we asked about air conditioning staff almost laughed at us saying we didn’t need it.

The hotel made a mistake of not preparing enough beds as according to reservation. I was positively surprised when we received an extra room for a night. That additional regular room we received was clean, nicely decorated and really ok for what we were looking for. The initial room with 5 beds we reserved is not in a great shape/state. Like nobody really cared on how to furnish the room and what really needs to be there (like missing bin in the main room). I also expected little bit more local insights into Venice and Lido and how to navigate / where to eat, etc.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place was spotless and beautiful. You can hear the waves from the balcony and it’s just 5 mins away

It id across the street from the beach and it is beautiful, maybe in the summer with the windows open you can hear the waves. The small bed’s matress could be a bit more confortable

Great hotel near the beach. It has everything you need. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest details, including a clothesline, tea, coffee, and more. There is also a place where you can grab a bite to eat, though we didn’t use it. I think in summer this place must be simply wonderful. The check-in process was slow, and the soundproofing was poor.

Unique. Shower leaked and we lost power.

The internet in our room was not working properly, maybe it was too far away from the router, IDK.

All staff were really friendly and welcoming. The sea view was amazing. There is a locked storage room if you are getting there early or leaving late. The rooftop bar was lovely. The hotel is across the street from the free beach. A short little walk (5 minutes) takes you to the other side near the central canal (best of both worlds). There are lots of lovely little bars surrounding the hotel. Lido is the place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist trap of central Venice. N/A

Location is exсellent. Close to both paid and free beaches. At the same time very calm area. Walking distance to main street and restaurants. Very good breakfast and friendly staff there. The size of the family room is surprisingly big. The room is quite large, but not designed for a family with children on holiday at sea. There are almost no towel hooks in the bathroom. There is no place to dry wet swimsuits. Not enough shelves...

The convenience and location right by the beach I don’t have any complaints about this place everything was good ?

Had two young boys in the next room to us banging and making lots of noise at 1am. Informed the receptionist and they soon sorted it no noise after that.

None! All was great

Loved the view, the location, and the terrace ! The mattresses were hard, if they were more comfortable I would spend at least a week in this hotel.

The roof balcony (with is on the main picture of this hotel) was closed most of the time. We expected that this is a common area, open for all guests all the time, but no. It appears that it's open only In the opening hours of the bar (which was told us that it's 17:00 - 23:00), but even when we came at 21:30 it was closed. Another day we came much earlier to the hotel just to sit there and it was closed during the hall day with no reason.

The stuff, especially Sabina! The was great. The bikes were a great thing. The lobi was my best friend. It gave me space to study, thanks! The shower at the bathroom was very disappointing, one piece at the top and no pipe to wash yourself without wetting your hair. The braedsticks at the dinner were dry and not fresh. They didn't hed aperol shpritz. When we asked for water from the sink, they gave us water in a bottle and charged us, which wasn't fair. They didn't tell us it would cost us. We ordered a qeeen size bed and got a bed made of two small beds, and it was uncomfortable, we sinked in the middle. The chairs in the lobi are not comfortable and made of wood and not enough cushions. Jewish ghetto is one of the attracting in venice, i think it's not right, and every vornable issue, personally it made me cry.. give it a thought
