Location is pretty good and the price very honest. No bad experiences

Everything was so great! I don't know how the hotel ended up having only two stars. The breakfast was great, staff readiness to help, clean rooms, etc. I highly recommend this hotel. N/a

This was exactly what our family needed. The location is great in a nice area that felt very safe and away from the crowds. Delicious breakfast. There were reasonably priced restaurants nearby. We would stay here again! Everything was great!

Good location close enough to bus / train station to walk into hotel. Beds were firm yet comfortable. Good breakfast; cappuccinos upon request. Lots of restaurants close by! There wasn’t much space to chill in besides your room, but we hung out at a nearby cafe.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Very close to a vaporetto stop which made it nice with luggage. Very small shower, but that’s how they are in Venice

No elevator

Location was great It was not huge deal to me but I think others would care. I had a tv, but not remote control. Tried to call the front desk to inform. The room phone was not working. I stayed just one night… in didn’t need the tv anyway

The location is perfect for a short stay, since it’s right in the center and surrounded by places to visit. I have nothing bad to say—the place looks just like the photos, and even better than I expected.

The location was terrific. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, it is a quieter area, but close walking distance to many sites and busier areas. The breakfast was amazing. My daughter and I will definitely stay here again.

The place is very well located, near good restaurants and walking distance to everything in Venice. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and even though the bathrooms are shared, they were always clean and available. The beds and pillows were a little hard. But that's the only issue we found.

In no particular order: The staff, the breakfast, the room, small but comfortable, the location, the silence, the cleanliness, the patio (must be nice in the spring/summer) the decent price, the location… you can get better of course, but more expensive… Nothing
