The breakfast was great and a fabulous selection, it was a great way to start the day, and if you are up to it, prosecco is available. The garden bar is very lovely and a great place to have a drink and we met some lovely guests from all around the world. our room was very spacious, serviced daily, and plenty of space to hang our clothes. our room was on the ground floor right in the canal, at first we thought it was a great, yet however it was really noisy. we not only heard everyone walking past our room in the day and night but at around 4am in the morning the deliveries started right outside our room. they were offloading supplies, we could hear everything, we understand that Venice has to bring supplies, yet 4am is too early. Sunday seems to be the only day that deliveries are quieter. The walls are also paper thin and we could hear the people upstairs our room walking around in their room.

The breakfast is superb and the staff is ?❤️ amazing! I mean it’s Venice so expect small rooms and tight spaces :) also - it’s quite noisy at night and early morning because it’s next to the canal :) so if you are a light sleeper beware !

Beautiful hotel with gracious employees. Great location in the heart of Venice! 2 minute walk to the water bus stop which could take you in either direction. Noisy in the early mornings. Possibly for deliveries to local businesses?

The service was great. The hotel staff went above and beyond. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and great variety. Upon arrival there had been a mixup regarding the number of guests and amount of beds requested so we had to change rooms after one night. But the staff was wonderful and rectified the situation immediately and with amazing customer service.

The hotel was wonderful. The pillows were rock hard. I’m quite sure some people prefer that but there wasn’t another option. Also they offer a free glass blowing demonstration but it didn’t mention that when booking so we booked one. Whish we would have known that.

I loved this hotel it was so cute and artsy, I loved our decorative room. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in a central location and we felt safe. We walked to everything in Venice, it was an amazing time and I loved the breakfast. 15 minute walk from the train station and central to everything! Highly recommend.

Staff at the breakfast room were very nice. They always had a smile and made us feel welcome.

The room was huge, very clean and the bathroom had a huge shower. Staff was super helpful!

The hotel had a great location and was beautiful, inside and out. There's a bar on the first floor and a courtyard out back to have a coffee or a get-together with friends. Although the hotel exceeded our expectations, nothing compares to the level of service we received. From the front desk to cleaning service, everyone went completely out of their way to make sure our needs were met. On our last day, we were leaving to the airport before the bar opened for breakfast... they acutally packed us (3) care packages to take with us so we could eat! Each bag had a bottle of still and sparkling water, pinapple juice, an apple, cookies, crackers, yogurt, nutella, etc. We spent the next 18 hours travelling without time to stop for food and those care packages SAVED THE DAY!! Bravo to AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I would give them 11 stars if allowed! It would have been better if we could have stayed longer...

I absolutely loved my stay here. The space was very big, the location was perfect, and the staff was VERY welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel. I was not a huge fan of the breakfast.

The location was perfect! We got a water taxi straight to the front door because the hotel is located directly on the canal, it was a lot of fun to hop off the water taxi and walk right into the hotel’s front door. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. They had a nice breakfast buffet! The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for!

The hotel was exceptional . The room was really amazing , with plenty of space , comfortable beds and amazing bathroom. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices and a la carte menu . The staff were very helpfull and the location was in the the middle of all Venice districts an attractions. Great hotel. Everything was fine.

My another stay there. Perfect location, great stuff, tiny, elegant hotel. I am sure I'm gonna stay once more if I come to Venice next time. None. Love Venice and love the hotel.

Room was exceptional however road noise was a huge issue hotel did offer alternative room options however our room was much better Road noise as we were on the first floor
