Staff at every position was exceptional, day and night. They were thorough, friendly and on top of every detail or question. Our stay was only 3 days - would love to have stayed longer.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a delicious generous breakfast. Loved the robes and comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful and it's quite elegant. The room was a bit small for us. The beds and bath were fantastic but there was only one place to put a carry on out and access clothes unless you unpacked your items.

Our third visit and all great as before. Wonderful staff. The room we were given was small. Hotel,upgraded us for free to the room we had had before . Wonderful.

The location and the breakfast and breakfast service by one of the team extremely good. An event was held and party goers congregated outside the entrance which was just under our room. We were kept awake until 4.30am when I had to call concierge to take control of the situation, which they did, but should have done so earlier. There was very uncomfortable room seating, and limited space to hang clothes and empty suitcases.
