My single room layout provided better space than my traveling companions, who had larger beds. Staff were helpful and responsive. Breakfast was amazing! Great location.

The location is great, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and to several attractions. I didn’t like that my window shutters did not close properly so light came into my room. Also outside my window there was a big pile of garbage which I couldn’t have my window open because it smelled really bad.

Breakfast was lovely on the patio. Good selection of various breakfast foods.

It was in a great location, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was lovely!!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating the mattress seemed new; very nice. The place is charming, with a lovely courtyard to have breakfast. 4 minute walk from the water-bus to San Angelo/ 12 min walk to the San Marco square. Many restaurants around the corner. The room was a bit older, but like expected. It was good for 1 night as solo traveller: simple but good.

The lobby room was very nice and it had a relax room which was decorated with old nostalgia elements.

It was close and convenient to things. The facilities were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a light fare but good options. Breakfast was good but having more options is always nice.

Did not feel welcomed. Receptionist unhelpful.

The location is fantastic. Central to the best of Venice. Quiet street. Good breakfast (cornettos, salami, ham, fruit, yogurt and cereal).

Great place close to the center but on a quiet street, so nightly noise wasn't issue. Bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was great especially the bakeries. No view from the window. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, it's okay for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for a longer period of time.

The window was broken. I told them about it within 1 hr of arrival but didn't get fixed

Very well-situated and near the Alilaguna vaporetto stop (Sant’angelo) direct to and from the Marco Polo airport. It is also near the Accademia bridge and Campo Stefano, and a traghetto stop is also nearby. I travelled alone so the room was sufficient if all you need is a safe, clean place to lay your head after an entire day of walking around. It was in a relatively quiet area but still near notable spots. The breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very attentive and nice. Bring your shampoo and conditioner if you are particular, as they use the same liquid for handsoap and shampoo. Room had no soap in the shower and I had to call twice to request (once in the evening when I was told to get it myself from downstairs and couldn’t, and another time the next morning after the room attendant cleaned, but still didn’t refill it) but that was not really an issue. This is a three-star accommodation so calibrate your expectations. Good value for money, for Venice. No restaurant or bar in the hotel (only a breakfast area), but the staff kindly offered beer or wine for consumption in the room in the evening. Didn’t take them up to it but it was nice for them to offer. There are plenty of bars and restaurants outside.

This location was situated with a very short walk to the academy Bridge, which also gave us easy access to the Vaporetta or water bus. Although our room was small, this is not my first visit to Venice and it’s not surprising that a lot of the hotel rooms in Venis are small. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and the service was quite good along with excellent housekeeping. Our sheets were changed and were crisp and clean every day. In general for Venis this was a good value and I would certainly stay here again. I have nothing negative to say about the facility. If you do ask for one extra room key, there is a five euro deposit. So no surprises if you read this review.
