Overall, we had a wonderful stay at B&B Bloom Settimo in Venice. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding—one of the highlights of our visit. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the major attractions in the San Marco area while still feeling tucked away from the busiest crowds. The only disappointment came on one evening when a teenage party outside our window continued for about three hours late into the night. Nicolas from the staff was courteous and explained that he had contacted the hotel operators but said it was a private party and there was little they could do. Personally, I found that explanation difficult to accept. Venice is a close-knit city, and I believe more could have been done to address the situation and help guests enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good including various meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals, pastries, breads, and excellent coffee. The location was also excellent, within easy reach of everything. A couple of things seemed unnecessarily penny pinching. e.g. very flimsy plastic cups and only two of them, aside from one glass in the bathroom. The most important thing to note is that to reach the first level of rooms requires traversing 46 steps, up a narrow hallway, and lugging baggage; there is no elevator. If you are on the second level of rooms you can add on 17 more steps, and another 17 steps to reach the terrace. We were gassed. Also, the office is actually not located in the same building, so to ask for anything, such as ice, you have to go outside and around the corner. All that said, aside from the steps, it was an enjoyable experience.

Everything! Nothing.

Lovely little B&B on a pretty square with a beautiful roof terrace Stairs! 4 flights up with heavy bags was not fun

Beautiful property with top rating location! Wonderful staff and awesome set up of breakfast lounge area, feels like home! Great patio at lower level and roof top! Had a nice coffee time on the roof in the morning for “me time” before breakfast! They gave us a yummy bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the roof with the awesome Venezia lighting at night. Great bath tub, felt like a million dollars bath time! The property Smelled weird. And mosquitoes attacked me on the rooftop during the evening and had to cut the evening short.

Best roof top terrace in Venice. Great value for a beautiful property with a good location and breakfast, and staff were friendly. A lot to if stairs and no elevator for heavy luggage.

Great location, lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was robust and very good. No lift so some may struggle with luggage. The shower is a little interesting - nice and hot with good pressure but it’s a bit awkward of a space.

The stairs. We stayed on the top floor which (when we got there) was great. There was help at checking to take luggage. Staff was always pleasant and helpful in any way. Would advise anyone with mobility or physical limitations, specify a room on a lower floor.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were good sized and had enough outlets for us to use to charge our electrics. The bathroom was small but functional. and the location was great. no elevators, but our host could tell we had a rough walk getting to B&B (long story, had nothing to do with the location of this facility) so she grabs my suitcase and carries it up the 4 flight of stairs and she wouldn't let me take it from her. Honestly I think she might have been worried I would have a heart attack.. lol Lauren was one of the best hosts I have ever had at any hotel or B&B.

We were a family of 6, we had two rooms. They were both very clean and in a great location. We loved the rooftop to relax. The breakfast was excellent! We really loved everything. The staff was very kind, accommodating and helpful.

Kind staff, beautiful rooms, quiet but central location, good breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Venice! There’s nothing we didn’t like!

Nice location. Easy to get around. Good breakfast. Small room. No refrigerator.

There was an absolutely breathtaking view out the window since the room is right next to an old church! The room itself was gorgeous and very beautifully decorated, with a few little extra thoughtful amenities that were a nice touch. There is also a beautiful terrace at the top of the hotel, which is perfect to spend an evening on. There is also a lovely sitting room, comfy chairs, and such a relaxing and luxurious vibe in the whole place! We would love to come back and spend more time here! Only downside is the hot water didn’t last very long and just a note - don’t bring much luggage! The room is up a lot of steps. But it’s absolutely worth it staying here!
