Same exact breakfast every day would be nice if they added or change some things.

Location was great. Breakfast was quite a spread and delicious. Room was very good. Grateful they explained how the lights worked upon arrival. Maybe a sign on the wall that points you to where the elevator that goes from the 2nd to third floor is located.

Wonderful location, beautiful property, and very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast bar; however, only downside is the extra cost for foods such as egg omelettes/scrambled eggs.

Lovely property in Venice, 8-10 min walk to St Mark’s Square and many other landmarks. Large, comfortable, newly renovated, very clean rooms. Rooms had a lot of technological upgrades (very cold AC, USB & USBC charging ports, etc). Staff was very friendly.

The experience here was excellent. The location is very convinent, close to both S. Angelo port and Traghetto stop. The property is in a historical building with nice vintage decoration. The breakfast has great variety, the staff even surprised us with a birthday cake without us asking

The hotel is in a fantastic location - very quiet but very central. Unlike a lot of hotels the interior was very modern and elegant. The room was extremely comfortable and a great bathroom - excellent aircon which was much needed! Nothing! No complaints

Fabulous historic hotel. Very close to central Venice. Only a short walk from the public water taxi to the hotel. You'll want to take photos inside the grand dining room....fit for a king and queen! Breakfast (included) was fabulous. Spacious outside patio where you can have drinks brought to you from staff. Lovely visit. Pricing was double for the beautiful hotel we stayed at on the front end of our cruise....but comparable with other centrally located hotels in the vicinity.

Palazzo Keller is a beautiful hotel a walking distance from San Marco Basillica. The hotel was clean and tranquil. The breakfast was lovely. Luca was a great receptionist, very polite and attentive to all our needs. Definitely will consider this location when we return!

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was terrific and gave us good directions and accommodated our transportation needs. Luca was especially kind and efficient. The breakfast room and bar are stunning rooms that embody the architecture of Venice. This hotel is also a short walk from the boat taxi and is in a great location to walk and explore the sights of Venice. We loved this hotel!!!

What a beautiful hotel. It’s a great location on a quieter street. Breakfast was great, also.

The location was great! We could walk to St. Marks Square in less than 10 minutes and catch the vaporetto in less than 5 minutes. The hotel also had the nicest breakfast room and breakfast. We would absolutely stay there again.
