Aliza Hotel

Cool location even though the immediate vicinity may not look that way, in 30 seconds you can walk to awesome cafes, supermarket, great food, and still walkable to beach. Very comfortable room, cozy decor, and nice outdoor spaces. Great value for LA.

Great location and free parking. Slightly noisy and the room isn’t really big enough for 4. Perfect for 2 though. Would return but knowing that now may book 2 rooms.

We had a great stay! Our room and the surrounding areas were very clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful passion fruit vines decorated the exterior!

The furnishings were great, sort of retro 50's. There was a wonderfu outdoor area with tables and chairs and even a ping pong table. The hotel required a photo of your driver's license or passport, a photo of you and a credit card. Not too keen on providing that, not knowing if it would be secured and disposed of after stay.

Newly renovated and nice! Staff was great and helpful in finding some food options.

Cute and cozy!

It’s a really nice hotel, it’s actually in a very safe part of Rose, but I wouldn’t call anywhere in Venice walkable (personally), the team were super helpful, the parking is fantastic, rooms were quiet, I will definitely base myself here again in future. Personally I think the suite is well worth the upgrade

Love the room it was cozy and comfortable and clean. The rug was so soft. Only thing is the bathtub could use some restoration. We used the 20% at Cafe Gratitude and it was amazing vegan food.

Hotel itself is charming. Conveniently opposite a supermarket. However the hotel is fully open to the street and no security overnight.

I liked the layout of the rooms, and the additional areas outside. I enjoyed having a passcode for the room rather than having to remember a key. The room was nice, and had nice amenities such as extra mirrors, a desk and fridge. The bathroom also had both a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. They also left cute postcards to use during our stay which was a nice touch. Initially our room had a bit of a smell, but this went away after turning the air conditioning on. Also, the bathroom didn’t have counter space but rather shelves by the sink, which was a little difficult at times to use with various toiletry and hair/makeup items.

It was a great value and we highly recommend.

Everything was great with the hotel. Only thing I think it was lacking was a gate to get into the parking lot...just to feel more secure. Other than that it was very clean and cute and quaint decor. Just lovely.

Be aware unfortunately this location is near and around a heavily populated homeless area. It was frustrating to walk even for coffee.

Motel not a hotel. Remote check in, no humans. Sparse rooms. Nicer places nearby for less.
