Jim made check in easier than expected! Water park was fantastic fun for the whole family! Being able to walk to the beach and restaurants was a bonus! Definitely plan a return trip! Indian Rocks Beach is a hidden gem!

Excellent refurbed rooms

Recently remodeled. Enjoyed having multiple desk / table options so we could work during the day. Included Breakfast buffet on site was solid and well done.

The bed wasn’t amazing but the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was more than adequate, coffee is always available in the lobby, location is great for beaches. We didn’t use the pool. There was a lady named Terri who was working at breakfast and she was as sweet as could be!

We were on vacation. Everything with the hotel was prefect. Rooms are modern and clean to the breakfast that was included. We would stay here again.

Clean room, helpful staff, easy parking, close to beach, good breakfast. We had a great time celebrating our 43rd anniversary!

This was a great location with clean rooms and amazing service. A little more attention to the pool and it would have been even better.

Clean and cozy

First off, they would not give us Hilton honor points, even though we paid big bucks, they said since we’re using a third-party we’re not entitled to getting my Hilton honor points. They treated us like second class citizens they didn’t give us the welcome water or anything else at check-in. Very very awkward and if I could’ve, I probably would’ve left and gone someplace else. Then they gave us a handicap room that I didn’t require or request and just receive no satisfaction . No daily paper was available. Run it up again and check out about the Hilton points and again stated well you used a third-party. Never have had this concern before still I don’t like being treated like a second-class citizen. If this is true, then I will no longer be able to use Travelocity, and I will forward this information to the other folks that I use this site to help the travel

Esta bien ubicado, es bonito y con ambiente marítimo. Siempre con estacionamiento disponible. Resalto la disponibilidad permanente de café y bebidas calientes; además los desayunos fueron variados, con alternativas nutritivas y deliciosas para iniciar el día. La habitación también fue muy cómoda y agradable. La piscina y mejor aun el jacuzzi de agua caliente, es un maravilloso plus para disfrutar de la estancia. También usamos la lavandería y todo marchó bien con disponibilidad de monedas en la recepción para el cambio y poder usarla. De seguro mi familia y yo recomendamos este hotel y esperamos poder regresar en el futuro. Gracias

Hotel was great, staff was great. We had a kid next door that was up all night yelling and screaming. We called the front desk, and nothing was done to remedy the problem. They said they would call the room. Nothing changed. I was about to call the police, but didnt want to start a bigger issue.

The room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was perfect. Nice to have breakfast. I left something behind. Nick and housekeeping excellent in finding it and sending it to me. Thank you.

Very nice, clean, would just suggest getting better pillows and a softer mattress!
