Perfect location at a very reasonable price point. Traditional Venetian architecture and style. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly!

The bed we had could definitely use a new mattress. The mattress was very lumpy and sloped way down at the top. Other than that our stay was great.

Staff was wonderful! Damien gave many suggestions for great restaurants and local entertainment. The location was close to key tourist spots, but was not in a crowded area. It was convenient for both public water transportations (a half a block away) and a private water taxi can drop you directly to the hotel door. The breakfast (additional fee) was delicious. My room was small but I expected that for an older city hotel. I requested a balcony so that may have been what size was available with a balcony. My friend's room was larger. AC was strong for the summer heat and felt wonderful upon arrival, but I was not able to adjust it down when it felt cold at night.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We return to facilities because of attentive staff. N/A

The hotel is beautiful

Everything about this Hotel is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, location is perfect and our room was lovely. Breakfast was also excellent! The Restaurant de Giglio in the same square has incredible food and service. Leaving was sad, we will be back ASAP

The room itself was very small/ cramped. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, I especially liked the outside little terrace overlooking the church. It is close to all the main sights but slightly tucked away in a quieter area. The service was very welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect place to sit for an apero at the end of a day. The breakfast area could be improved as the inside part needed better ventilation.

I think the dislikes are our fault for not doing enough research on hotels in Venice. The room size is a little tight, we did have two bigger travel bags (25 day trip in multiple environments) so it made it tight getting around, the shower and bathroom was again a little tight but was manageable after getting used to it. If you are looking for space to stretch and move on to something else but if you are looking for just a place to grab some sleep while you enjoy the city then it's the place for you!

Great location, close to the water bus and the main shops and attractions. There is an elevator.

Rooms were nice, had a room right in a side canal. Breakfast was very good, nice variety. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable on the area. Showers were a bit small but easily to manage

Location! We booked it bc it had its own private dock...but yet 80% of the boats & water taxis can't use it bc it is too shallow or too narrow.

The location is both central and silent at night. The hotel itself is charming, but a little bit oldfashioned! We stayed in room with the view, which was amazing! Breakfast meniu is full of choices! The service 100 %! Indoor soundproof is poor! We were lucky, because we havent got noisy neighbours! :) The mattress was not for my taste - too worn out!
