B&B Ca' Santo Spirito

I really enjoyed the neighborhood where this hotel was located, it was quiet and you could easily travel with water bus to touristic spots. Facilities were clean, very nice small iron for clothes and great breakfast for value of money. The staff were professional and informative.

Veronica was a delight. The property was beautiful, modern but with old world charm. Our apartment was very comfortable. The breakfast perfect. The location could not be better. Veronica explained the arrival instructions and made it very simple. We will always stay here.

The tiniest drawback was that the room had no mini fridge, which during the heat would have been perfect for water!

Somewhat confusing entry directions. Once we figured them out, we did not have any problem.

It was beautifully restored, quiet, away from the tourist areas, but still convenient to all of them. Breakfast was lovely! Our air conditioner did not work the second night, but we opened windows.

The breakfast was delicious and we felt very pampered. We love the Dorsoduro area and how calm and safe the neighborhood is! The waters and slippers in the room were much appreciated and the heated towel rack was an added bonus! This B&B was delightful and we would certainly stay here the next time we travel to Venice. We had no issues.

Great location. Very near the vaporetto stop. Building was lovely and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. Lots of steps to some of the rooms.

From the moment you walk in the front door you know, you're in a magical place. It smells divine..The room was immaculately and tastefully remodeled and beautiful. Yes, it was up 3 steep flights of stairs. And we're in our mid-seventies, and it was completely fine. We wouldn't want to be too much older, ha ha.My bag was too heavy.. TV worked well as did microwave and tea kettle. The breakfast was perfect and sweet gal made our coffee and was helpful and kind. The nice grocery store not too far away by santo spirito water stop. To get to the grocery store, walk out the front.Door turn left and then turn right at the water.And you'll run into the grocery store on your right . Walk out the door turn right and catch the San Marco water bus. When we left, we took a water taxi on Viator.com from San Marco. So we only had to go across one stop to take our bags down to the water taxi place. We found out the day that we left that you could take one public transport ... it would only have cost only €18 to get all the way from San Marco stop to the airport. Make sure you get the water bus public transport pass for however many days you are there. One day we even stayed on it for an hour and went the entire route, just to see all of Venice by water. Used alll day and night long .. runs until midnight .

It was nice, comfortable, safe, and clean place. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I’d stay here again. Nothing to report.

Location was perfect!

This is a totally charming & stylish B&B in the heart of Dorsodouro - where the locals live! Close to the Peggy Guggenheim museum, it is fantastically quiet at night, but a quick vaporetto ride to all the sights. Fantastic breakfast, very clean, nice shower, great attention to detail and lovely hosts. Would never stay anywhere else in beautiful Venezia!

Nice breakfast with coffee pastries cereal and fruit it was serve yourself and it was good,location was excellent in a quiet area close to the water buses and close to a 2.50 gondola ride to the area around ST.Marks, the room was spacious nice bed and bath and after you check out you could stow your luggage. I can not think of anything the area was clean safe and quiet away from all the tourists but close enough to walk to very nice cafe's and restaurants.

The location was excellent. Breakfast and host were exceptional. Definitely would recommend and stay there agian.

Great stay, beautiful location and premises. This is such a good area to stay in while in Venice. Close to everything but away from all the crowds and noise. The view to the Giudecca is so beautiful and calm from this side of town. We got some restaurant recommendations in the area from our host and they were on point- really good food with great atmosphere. Our suite (top floor) was very spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfy stay. Overall a great stay. I'd definitely stay here again! Nothing

Location was easy to reach yet quiet and away from tourist throngs nothing

Everything was perfect. Super clean and modern but still felt like authentic Italy. Alessandro and Veronica are both so lovely, starting my day with her and the breakfast provided was a delight. They were super communicative and helpful in all the ways. The street it's on is SO quiet and away from the intense tourism while still being walkable to all the things. Loved this place, would def stay here again. The only note i have is to make it a bit more clear that you need to take a ferry to get there. I know that should be obvious because it's Venice but if you haven't been there before and you're arriving at night it can be a tad confusing.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff and owners were lovely. There is t anything I didn’t like, to be honest!
