Bed & Breakfast Venezia

Roberto was very nice and helped us settle in and provided a great breakfast. The spot was lovely and quiet without feeling like you're way outside of Venice. It was still a 20-30 min walk into the tourist part of Venice, but still worth it.

We appreciated the BB is away from the main drag of Venice. It was nice being able to stay in a quiet neighborhood and have an amazing view of a local park with the water nearby. The room was comfortable, featured all of the necessities and provided us a lot of comfort during our short stay. Using the water bus made it easy to get around. We also discovered many good restaurants within walking distance. Roberto and his housekeeper were very friendly, accommodative, and helpful in making this a wonderful stay. Nothing!

Exceptional

Roberto received us with a warm welcome. The neighborhood is very quiet and green right behind the Giardini. Everything was perfect and homely. The terrace is excellent.

It was nice and spacious. Clean and really well located. Landlord really helpful when we had forgotten a plug adaptor. Venice isn’t the cheapest place to stay!

Location was ideal for myself and husband. A lovely park area with lots of trees and a wonderful view of the city. Easily accessible by water taxi or 20 to 30 minutes walk to the center, which we preferred. Roberto is a lovely, helpful person who welcomes you in to his Venetian home. A good help yourself breakfast is supplied. For us there was nothing to dislike

For breakfast, each room has assigned tables and assigned space in the refrigerator. The host has lovingly taken care of everything and he'll show you how to use each machine as well. The breakfast is completely self service. It comes with a beautiful view of the st. Elena pine forest. There is a booklet in the room mentioning every necessary details like the nearest pharmacy, grocery store or eateries. You will be able to feel the warmth of hospitality in each corner of the room. The kind, friendly and helpful nature of the host made our stay very special. Our garden view room had a cute little balcony with a view of the sea peeking through the pine trees. The location is exceptional. It is far from the busy city centre, yet just a few waterbus stations away from it. You would be able to enjoy a calm, relaxing evening after your busy day of sightseeing. The surrounding area is inhabited by locals and you will be able to witness their daily proceedings. All in all, it was an unforgettable memory and I will definitely come back to Venice and stay here again.

Very nice room, clean. 250 m from the vaporetto stop. Only 3 stops from St. Mark's Square. Nice service. Lovely surroundings (park). For breakfast we got ham (everything was very good) and cheese, you can eat a lot. unlike other places in Italy. It's just a pity that the bread is only toast. Generally, a very recommendable place. It's hard to fault anything. The only inconvenience was one night after a football match in a nearby cafe there was a lot of noise
