Great location for the Biennale. Large room and good breakfast. No cleaning of the room. Didn’t even clear the rubbish.

The breakfast needs definitely to be improved. There was only a very limited number of simple white wheat buns available as a fresh bread. On the third day of our stay, we even had to ask for more bread to be provided for the guests. The same situation occurred with the boiled eggs, which we also had to request from the young lady serving breakfast. Additionally, the hotel website states that the rooms are cleaned daily. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay. Over the course of five days, our towels were changed only once, and only after we specifically asked the morning staff member about it. Communication with the host via the provided phone numbers was also unsuccessful.

The included breakfast was great! And the owner was very sweet. Room was good and so was bathroom. The room was a little warm. The air didn’t get very cold.

Biggest shower with great pressure out of our entire Italian vacay hotel stay. Comfy and cozy B&B in a great location. Has AC and the staff are really kind. 10 minute walk to the WaterBus Bedding had blood stains and the shower had left over hair on the walls. The bathroom fan was covered in dust.

The breakfast was wonderful. Good variety of offerings and plenty of choices. There was no one there to ask questions.

The location was nice, overlooking a canal, in a peaceful neighborhood. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The mattress was uncomfortable, I barely slept. Although it was a double bed, it had two separate mattresses.

The apartments are located in a quiet district near the city park. Great breakfast with a large selection of products, you can eat both a typical Italian breakfast and a more continental one.

The room is very large. Everywhere is very clean. breakfast is delicious. Location is a bit away from center by walking but Boat stop is very close. You can consider buying a daily pass if you want to visit center
