Clean and friendly

Property has a public toilet and shower room. Despite of that I’ve never seen so cleaned restroom.

The facilities and room were very convenient and beautiful. I loved the place. It is Venice so everything was at a walking distance. But the place itself was well decorated and provided with everything you would expect. Maybe to have a private bathroom. But it is advertised that it is shared. So, just to say something here...

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very accommodating staff to leave luggage in property after check out. A bit hard to move up stairs with luggage

Breakfast was good but the kitchen was right next to our room and the staff started talking loudly when the arrived at 6am. Our plan was to sleep until 8am. We had long days traveling and it was first opportunity to sleep in. Location of the place was good but the directions say turn at a restaurant that had no sign on it. Couldn't tell where to turn. We had no idea how to get WiFi. We looked for info in our room, near the router, on tables, on the counter and never found the information. Directions to the place are very confusing and I didn't get check-in instructions. I had to find WiFi before I could email for directions. Thank goodness a nearby restaurant let me have wifi. My friend and I were standing at the door waiting for an email or text.

No complaints

While I was t sure what to expect with the shared bathroom, it actually was better than expected. The host was helpful getting me in earlier, and it felt like a home rather than a rental. The breakfast was also great. The bathroom toilet seats need to be rep placed. They had cracks. The smaller bathroom needed a towel/clothing hook - nowhere to hang these things when showering, etc.

It was small, quaint but up to par. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The hosts were amazing. The shared bathroom.

Our stay at San Giacomo Venezia was great! Before we arrived, we were given very detailed instructions for how to get to the BnB, which is very useful given Venice's layout. The room itself had a nice Venetian charm and was rather spacious. We knew beforehand there would be a shared bathroom and aside from a few inconveniences, it was still nice overall. It is in a central location that make it easy to get to both big attractions and the transportation hub. They also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out which was very helpful!

Easy access, friendly people, and it was very comfortable. The doors were hard to close and open. But it was fine.

The roomwas spacious and clean. The bed is not comfortable. There is hardly any water pressure in the shower, and shower is not very clean and inviting. Pillows are too big. The manager forgot to buy groceries for the included breakfast. Not good value for money.

The room was large and nicely furnished. The breakfast was the best we had out of all of the B&Bs that we stayed in.

David was very available and made excellent restaurant recommendations. He was very gracious and made us delicious coffee for breakfast. Great location. I would prefer a little warmer water in the shower with higher water pressure. But sometimes these things cannot be avoided in older buildings. It would not stop me from booking here again.

Location, lovely decor, clean Stairs (can’t be helped in Venice)

Great apartment with helpful hosts and a nice common area. Sharing a bathroom, but we knew that was what we signed up for
