Great location on a quite street near restaurants, Coop supermarket, and the main biennale locations. The hosts were very accomodating and let us check-in early and leave our bags after checkout, which we highly appreciated. The property has a shared common area & kitchen between the four rooms, and the sound isolation is not great - we had an incident of some guests using the common area between 2-3am and not letting us sleep. As there is no reception, there is nobody who could help you deal with these situations. Thus, I suggest to bring earplugs to be on the safe side. Also, the bathroom would benefit from better cleaning.

I really liked the localization - not only is it close to the Giardini and Arsenale, but the place is also located in lively part of the Castello, where there is quite a bit of local life. It was a pleasure to be able to support the local cafes, restaurants, and groceries in these difficult times. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (a wine opener, however, was missing there! :-) that enabled us to serve our own lunches. The nearby park (just around the corner) is a wonderful spot, not to mention the Giardini in close vicinity. Everything was OK, but we were just wondering about the noise levels there's full occupancy. But our stay was very comfortable and satisfying - there were some other guests on the property for some nights and apparently, they were also very respectful and quiet :-)
