Location is great

Everything you need, really. The twin room was small but manageable, the location was great and not far from the train, its in a romantic, quiet area. The check-in staff were great. N/A.

Location was great. Staff were amazing and helpful. Loved the breakfast. Nothing

The room was a nice size, bigger than I expected. The location was quiet but there were plenty of restaruants and shopping close by. Breakfast was good, there was a table ready and set for us each morning. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. One wall of the room seem to have a smell of mold.

Breakfast service was perfect. Small but enough. Room was clean and was what was described. The person who checked us in gave us a map and described in detail the various sites across Venice which was very helpful. We had no problems with this property.

The hotel is in a quiet courtyard area off the main streets of Venice. It was perfect to get away from the crowds. It is close enough to the train station to walk with luggage and it also puts you close enough to comfortably walk to all of the major attractions.

It seems like the hotel has been recently renovated, it felt like a brand new one! Comfy beds with outlets beside it, comfy pillows and clean towels every morning if you ask them to. Close to the central train station! For the price i guess it would be fair breakfast included! That's the only negative thing i can thing about the hotel

It was located in a quiet area of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast Inclusive. Big room. Located in a quiet area of Venice. Close proximity to Piazzale Roma. Dark hallways. Bed was a little hard. No 24 hour receptionist.
-
Fantastic location and great staff. We missed breakfast but it sounded amazing. This was actually the best ac we experienced in Venice and were so happy to have the extra cool room. Nothing bad to report at all!
-
Superb location. Helpful and friendly staff. Very small room. Exceptionally small shower.

We had come in a family group and the other family members of our party had a different experience than us. They left their honest review on the experience and a man (the owner perhaps?) was upset and spoke to all of us very rudely even though it wasn’t us that left the negative review. Before this incident we had a positive experience. We wish the man had approached us differently.

Great location in Dorsodura neighborhood. Easy access to our 2nd floor room. Air conditioning was working great. No issues.
