Hotel Al ponte dei sospiri

Delicious breakfast and Raphael, our waiter, was wonderful, always smiling and on time. Nice touch to have breakfast in your room. The property does not have a restaurant onsite. It would be nice to to have a small bar/lounge to get ice, or a drink before exploring or going to bed.

Room was large and comfortable.

Ac was not working in our hotel and we weren’t informed during the recent heat wave in Europe. Was a tough stay for our hunny moon, had to stay out of hotel the whole time to try to enjoy our stay.

The room was great Venetian experience with a beautiful view. the location was close to everything including the quieter neighborhoods. and the boat rides they organized for us were perfect. Breakfast. better and warmer toast. but great service

Rafael was the best! Perfect location, excellent breakfast and gorgeous ambiance! The toiletries are a fancy coconut scent... I loved it, but coconut is a love or hate thing.

Love the room decor and that the bathroom is very good and new. It’s a bit noisy from outside and from the building itself

Location was hard to find area island and dirty close to the main plaza although.

We had a very spacious room and so did our two sons' family of 2 and 4.The beautiful decor as well as the excellent services from the staff made our stay very pleasant: the receptionists gave us excellent tips and assistance while Raphael came to our rooms each morning to bring us delicious breakfast and went out of his way to accommodate our 3 grandchildren's needs. Perfect location for Venice and spacious rooms. Nothing.

Beautiful plenty space for a family of 3. Clean and beautiful decorated old palace not your regular modern room. We were impressed. Breakfast at the room with a view and it was delicious! The location was great! The restaurant next door had thr best steak!

Wonderful location and very close to the water bus station which is convenient for airport transfer. Also close to many of the big attractions. The room had a beautiful canal view and was very comfortable. There were mosquitoes so I would recommend bringing repellent!

We would like to highlight the staff In particular Gianmarc who checked us in and gifted us a celebratory bottle of bubbly for our anniversary! Thank you GianMarc. Enrico and Raphael (breakfast) were also very delightful! Thanks 2nd night was noisy with the elevator Constantly moving. AC does not work at night as it is fixed at 21 def C and ur was very warm. In cooler months would be fine for temp. Overall great stay. Arrivaderci Venezia

Room was very spacious. It is next to the canal. Breakfast service was on time and lots of choices, server was very courteous. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

So close to the piazza. Venice is lovely and the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful.
