Locanda Casa Querini offers rooms in a 16th-century building, a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. Lorenzo was super, super helpful. He stayed on the phone for half an hour to try to get us another train when there was a strike

The location was close to restaurants/shopping yet far away enough for peace and quiet that my husband and I enjoyed. Wonderful breakfast is included and in our room was a tray of coffee/tea and snacks which was a very nice surprise after a long trip. Staff made you feel very comfortable and welcome. I feel we got lucky picking Locanda Casa Querini for our stay in Venice.

We had a wonderful experience at Locanda Casa Querini and would love to return! The location was exceptional...a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Despite its location, it was very quiet in the evening. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room felt large by European standards and had all the necessities for our stay. If you are looking for a cozy stay during your Venice visit, this is an exceptional location.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of things but not noisy. Room was very small, but that is to be expected. Hosts were wonderful--friendly, helpful, and charming.

Very kind, nice hosts. They made sure we received the self check in instructions just in case we will be late. They were happy to keep our luggage before check in and after check out. Prime location close to everywhere.

I appreciate how friendly the family who owned the inn were. We met the mother, daughter, and son throughout our two days. They anticipated our needs and were exceptional with communication. They were accommodating with storing our luggage after check out time and answering our questions about getting around Venice since it was our first time. The location is everything. 5 minutes from St. Mark’s Square but in its own quiet corner so we could rest.

location was great. very clean, tight quarters, very small shower stall, hard to get into and actually shower. We heard every word of the neighbors, even when they opened the bathroom sliding door, I thought it was in our room...

It was in a great location close to San Marco Square and in close proximity to all the need-to-see monuments/museums in Venezia. When we stayed there was no breakfast accommodations, however, it was not a deal breaker nor a problem.

The location was perfect for our stay because it was close to major attractions like St. Mark's Cathedral and the Doge's Palace. It was conveniently located to the Alilaguna water bus station so that we could get back and forth to the Marco Polo airport. Caterina was super helpful in providing directions and transportation information. She recommended dining options as well as other local information. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. We didn't find anything that wasn't to our liking.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable and the space was tight, but overall very good.

We had a short but wonderful stay here. The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. We left with lovely memories — highly recommended!
