This is a lovely hotel situated in the quiet, calm area of Sant'Elena. It is very close to the Biennale Gardens and is about 100m from the last vaporetto stop on the main part of Venice. The walk along the shore to Saint Mark's Square, about 2 km away, is really beautiful. The hotel is very clean. The bed, including the pillows, was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a range of hot and cold choices. Breakfast and evening meals could be taken either inside or in the enclosed garden. The staff were efficient and very friendly. If you are seeking a calm place to stay in Venice, I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and I hope to return to it again, myself. I can't think of anything negative that would prevent me returning to this hotel.

The lady that ran breakfast was so kind and good at her job, this place was a lovely stay far away from crowds. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities. It is a little far to get to. but Sta. Helena is so charming, with great history. We liked almost everything.

Everything was Fantastic! 5am I woke up with noises from the street. Luggage’s noise and loud people. Still when I complained they offer to swap rooms.

Its location is my personal favourite! Lack of a proper lobby and lounge area for a happy hour or a night cap.

The location is quiet and close to the biennale venues. It’s safe and away from all the tourists’ chaos. You get to see and meet real Venetians.

Looks better in the photos than in the reality. Room was tiny with no space to walk around. Other than the lobby, other areas look a bit run down and give the vibes of an old office building or a hospital.

Our room was warm. We were provided a fan when it wouldn’t get any cooler.

Sadly the gardens were closed and we would have enjoyed spending time out there. Otherwise the stay there was great. Breakfast was varied and staff attentive.

The location was very good. It was inside Venice and also wasn't in the middle of the mess. It was really easy to get to the hotel through boat. The staff was kind and helpful. Great value of the money. The shower could be better. No pressure in the water and it wasn't that warm. The region was really good, but if you need something to eat after 10PM you will struggle to find something nearby.
