Everything!! There was nothing I didn’t like!!
-
Beautiful in everything Perfect location Spacious apartment Helpful reception The AC didn’t work properly but this wasn’t a big issue

They’ll provide toilet papers and towels refills but you need to buy your own tissues. The hotel is a great location close to everything but not in the busiest area, but if you come in the summer, you need to have high tolerance for heat and stairs. The room is air conditioned but not the stairs or the office.

Beautiful hotel, very near San-Marco and the grand canal. The building is a prominant "grand-palazzo" that even can be seen in some 16th century paintings of Venice. The lobby is beautiful and feels like a step into another time. Our room was very large and quiet, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I liked everything, and would look to stay here again when I return to Venice.

It’s a palace. Need I say more? To me, it is a privilege just to spend the night in such a place.
-
apartment 3 was spacious staff was friendly entrance and main room of hotel are stunning lack of shower curtain was less than ideal - floor gets soaked (even if being very careful) and it will cost a lot more to fix than to install a shower curtain mattress in beds were too hard price is very $$
-
The square in front of the hotel can be noisy, especially during daytime. The heater is shut down as of end if April and the room becomes chilly during the night.

Location was fabulous. We loved the quiet square. So much space in our room. Comfortable and had all we needed The first night the person greeting us could not answer any questions

The spectacular lobby is used for breakfast, and it was a great treat to have Sylvia bring us our cappuchinos and americanos. We will always remember her friendly greeting and beautiful smile. The tiny shower.

The TV wasn’t working

Gorgeous 15th century building Great location Awesome staff A little cramped but not uncomfortable
-
The room was immaculate, the staff ever so nice, friendly & helpful, the location was perfect for us...about a 15 minute walk from St Mark's Basilica which made it quieter. It's on a nice square with restaurants and the waterfront/vaporetto 5 minutes. Beautiful historic palace and nicely modernized; even has a reasonably large shower! Washclothes, but you never get those in Europe
