Messner Palace

The staff were very nice. Smelled like urine, very small bathroom very run down, ac leaked in a trash can all night didn’t get any sleep. They hold on to the controller to adjust the ac. No soap to wash your hands.. no shampoo or conditioner like any other hotel we have stayed at. You get one thin pillow per a bed. Also it looked like there was mold.

Despite numerous requests for an invoice for my stay (both before booking, during my stay, and after check-out), there has been no response whatsoever. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails. For a hotel these days, this is strange at best and unprofessional at worst.

Location The rooms are not clean, The bathroom door was broken. The beds and sheets are not ok.

I loved the view, the location and the price. I enjoyed the hot shower, the dessert downstairs, and the comfy bed. I enjoyed the nice people who work there. I didn't care for the carpet.

We requested multiple rooms in proximity which were provided. Hotel was clean, AC worked fine. Rooms were small and cramped, especially for 3 people. Bathrooms were OK; they were clean and functional but small space. However, not unexpected for European hotels.

Nothing! Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and there was no hot water for showering. Despite contacting the host several times, they did nothing to solve the issue – very irresponsible behavior. There was an air conditioner in the room, but it didn’t work properly. Shockingly, the staff even took the remote control, saying, “You don’t need it, it’s not warm” – completely unacceptable. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Restaurant on the premises. Staff was very helpful. No other restaurants on that side of the island.

There wasn't any fitness centre despite it being advertised on the facilities list.

The gentleman at the desk were extremely helpful. They recognize me by name because I had spoken on the phone with one of them and emailed another. It was great to be recognized. We were treated extremely well. Having to carry luggage down, the stairs was difficult. To be fair, however, we did not ask for help. How do we ask, I’m sure someone would have done it for us.

Good location but that’s about all We had no hot water for 3 nights due to this we moved hotels

Room service people were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned well each day They didn't tell me there was a 20% discount on meals, it was in the fine print, but didn't give me the discount and didn't ask for it. I saw it later on the paper work when it was too late. Hotel front desk wasn't very helpful with anything. Restaurant staff was just ok.

Location Dirty, small room, old plumbing, old renovations.

Smell of mold.
