Location They supposedly upgraded us to a deluxe suite which happens to be on two levels with a tiresome stairs. The cupboard is downstairs and the bathroom upstairs it was vey uncomfortable and I think my original choice was better and they probably gave it to someone else They added a tip of 500 euros to the invoice and said that the computer does this automatically but that I could decline, which is very embarrassing and unprofessional. I declined For a hotel of this caliber they forgot twice to put water in the room The breakfast is of poor quality considering it’s a five stars at 2000 euros a night and the first day the eggs in the omelette gave my wife a diarrhea something that does not usually happen to her

The room was very wele kept, clean, and offered an absoulty beautiful terrace view of the Grand Canal. The location was quiet, yet accessible, and central to many avenues of the city. N/A

This is a gorgeous hotel. Loved the artwork in the lobby area. Setting and location are perfect and couldn't be more scenic, next to the Guggenheim museum on the Grand Canal. Staff is great. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. It's a wonderful place. We were surprised at check out to be asked to pay a voluntary service fee of $40/ day to cover staff tips. We were ok with it, but we would have much preferred to know about this hotel policy up front, because we had been tipping staff right along.

Very professional and friendly staff. Exceptional service for team serving breakfast buffet. I think her name was Stephania Marco district more convenient to mail attractions.

It's expensive for what you're given: Small rooms, elevator goes to even floors only, staff asked for employee gratuity of 5% of booked costs upon check out, staff up-selling their offers.

Location, contemporary look, staff, concierge service, dining on the water, attentiveness to personal details ! Bathroom waaayyy small and difficult to maneuver

Location and style were great it the staff were excellent. Nothing

The location was just fabulous. Breakfast was good. The ambience of the whole place was great. Being right on the Grand Canal meant that a water taxi could pick up and drop off right at the door. We saw so many tourists having to drag their case along cobbled alleys well away from the water. But it was relatively expensive.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms were filthy. The elevators were dark and carpet were worn off

I had the most delightful stay at Sina Centurion in Venice. It is a wonderful hotel that offers the feeling of a classic renaissance palace combined with modern and elegant interior design. It has spectacular views of the Grand Canal and a lovely courtyard. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Room was stunning and beautifully decorated. location overlooking the Grand Canal. Staff were very attentive and dining and lunch exceptional. Breakfasts were a bit of a let down. Pastries seems to be stale and eggs etc a bit heavy. The selection was good and cappuccino’s excellent.

Excelente staff, nice location quiet n unique decorations!Good breakfast. Small room, bathroom small there was a perfume smell in room sweet n powdery ? I found that we may have been given the wrong category room as our bill for 3 nights was 2,500. And I checked the current price on web site for Delux n it was 500 per night?
