Everything was amazing, from the staff to the rooms themselves. This place was a good 5 minute walk from the train station and vaporetto. My stay wasn't long but I would've loved to be here if it was. Amazing place and I totally recommend! None

El hotel está a unos pasos de la estación principal de trenes y aunque está en una calle muy concurrida no se escucha el ruido de afuera desde que entregas por la puerta. Muy bonito y cómodo. Buen tamaño de habitación, muy cómoda la cama y el baño impecable. El aire acondicionado si enfría bien!! El staff muy amable y atento. Incluso me ofrecieron guardarnos las maletas al hacer check-out por si nuestro tren aún no estaba por salir. Teníamos desayuno incluido y el buffet estaba súper bien servido y de buena calidad. Igual el staff muy amable al serviste café, etc.

Great location near the train station. Although in a very busy area of the city, the hotel is quiet. The rooms (we had a family suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace (too hot to enjoy because it was in the high 90s). Very helpful staff (great restaurant recommendation).

Breakfast, cleanliness and location. Hard bed, some of the front desk staff. They said they had a concierge but they didn’t.

Central location within steps from train station. There was a power outage for about 1 hr at no fault of the staff. Administration quickly jumped to get it fixed.
