Tip: visit Venice at night and then take the Vaporetto back from Piazzale Rome. It'll go across the Grand Canal past the palaces that are mostly lit up.
-
The location and large rooms, kitchen The air conditioning was close to nonexistent in half of our apartment

Very friendly staff, great villa, good facilities and location is good, well connected to Venice.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The courtyard is charming and peaceful — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, tucked away in a quiet spot, yet very close to all the main attractions. It truly feels like a place from a storybook. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of Venice in an authentic and memorable way when travel by car

Nice place. Quiet. Clean. Private parking. Lil bit uncomfortable to reach the room in the mansarda with luggages, we decided to left them in the car. Millions of mosquitoes in the garden/parking. You were eat alive any time you need to use your car or even if you just needs something from your vehicle.

large room, good location. I could have nice view from the little window. The owner was friendly. I was a bit paniced when I arrived at the closed gate of the hotel and nobody answered to the bell.

One of the most beautiful accomodations I've ever stayed at!

The air con was very good and cold in the heat of summer No space in the freezer/fridge, very very hot outside of our room. The cost of getting to the villa is expensive
-
Great place close to beach, restaurants and vaporetto station
-
Large room with comfortable bed. Useful to have a kitchen to use. Airconditioning wonderful
-
Nice old villa in a quiet area of Lido. Excellent staff, cleaning every day, shops nearby, ferry station is 5 min walk.
-
Close to Main Street and beach- very clean - air con that worked - access to kitchen (fridge) access to shared terrace, very friendly owner made us feel welcome Just needed to know to ring the residency button on arrival (felt a bit rude to without knowing that’s what we needed to do)

My stay in Venice was wonderful, the villa is very beautiful, spacious, with a balcony and a kitchen.Room also was very spacious with a nice view. Location was perfect, next to the main street and near the boat dock. We were welcomed very kindly, I really appreciated the recommendations and help.

No breakfast as booked the self catering option, but we loved the location. Twenty something friends travelling to Italy for the first time and booked the two bedroom apartment - it was a great and affordable option for us that gave us the ease of travelling to the rest of Venice/Murano/Burano easily on the vaporetto, just a 5 min walk away. Having a beach barely ten mins walk away was a total bonus. The restaurants on Granviale are equally close, and there's a supermarket less than 5 mins. Beds were a little firm but everyone has their preferences.
