Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice. Comfy beds. Our room was facing the main road and was quite noisy from early morning. No vent or aircondition in the bathroom so was very warm and humid.

The room, decor, friendly staff and location Nothing

The location is perfect for visiting the Biennale in Venice, which is just two stops away on the vaporetto. Happily, in the evening, you can get away from the crowds of Venice and enjoy the peace and quiet of Lido. Everything is walkable and easy, including bringing your bags along the streets in a short walk from the ACTV stop. I stayed in a room with a patio, which I thoroughly enjoyed even though it rained a bit while I was there. I also liked the continental breakfast, which I was able to enjoy in a little covered patio. I wasn’t sure if the windows and doors were properly locked. The furniture is old and a bit worn.

Great location, staff, cleanliness, value and breakfast. Nothing.

We had a nice stay, the location is perfect for visiting Venice with kids because it's close to vaporetto and places where you can have a nice meal or gelato. It's also close to the beach. The breakfast was very good and served on the heated terrace. Room was small, the bathroom a bit tight, still the room was cozy, charming, calm, with a nice view to the side street, villas and greenery. The staff was nice, there was a slight misunderstanding about the visitor tax but they resolved it quickly. The size of the room and bathroom.

Location is amazing, 400 meters from Saint Maria Elisabetta Ferry (the main in Lido). The stuff was really helpful in check-in and check-out. Very connected to the important areas during the Venice film festival. The cleaning everyday was perfect both in time and quality. As everything in the Lido during the Venice film festival days, the price is very high compared to the regular hotel rates, but it's still better than most of other offerings. The room is relatively small for 2 persons stay, but we had to deal with it during the festival.

This place has such an authentic vibe, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Even the budget room had a balcony, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of vegetarian options. Truly a wonderful stay!

Clean room and the bathroom. Very comfortable matress and pillows. Very good breakfast. Great location, 4 minutes on foot from the vaporetto stop, 15 min from the beach. Very accommodating staff. We checked-in over 22 PM and the hotel sent detailed instruction how to get in after 23 PM in case we will late. Will definetly be back. Very small room.

Great location, clean and comfortable All was good

Good location. Close to the public transport and to the beach. Tasty breakfast with variety of choice. Lots of restaurants around for dinner . Clean comfortable room. Every day cleaning. Soundproofing. I could hear noises from people walking in the corridor. Pay attention that water in your fridge is not a complimentary drink …

We were moved to Hotel Vicktoria with any problems communication was excellent we've been to The Lido many times and are familiar with both hotels excellent service and stay

Loved the location, the breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities should have been available. I asked for a kettle and got one but think this should be standard in a room.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff. Very solid place to stay, no surprises. The building is not very modern. Sound insulation, between rooms is not the best.

The breakfast was perfekt Problems with hitting, there were no slipers

I visit Venice often and being Carnevale impossible to stay in Dorsoduro where I usually stay, so opted for the Lido which is a regular 10 min vaporetto ride to the city centre. The Lido is a perfect retreat and where all my Venetian friends retreat to or live, so I just might make this the future place to stay as even the Dorsoduro has become a bit of a circus. The hotel is charming in that authentic Italian way, just minutes away on foot from the ferry stop but in a quite residential location away from the busy (well not so busy compared to the city centre) main street. If it wasn't for the this I would have given it a ten, but the cleaners who do a very good job left the door to the room open and apparently it happens often so management really need to get on top of it, not that the hotel is insecure, it feels and is very safe but just an annoyance.
