Very clean In the center near all amenities

We would have loved a mini fridge in the room. There was a lot of hair on the bed and sheet

Comfortable hotel on the Lido.

Location Needed updates; older/worn,tiny elevator.. .. unpleasant staff…..had to fly out early and was told by very kind female receptionist that it would be no problem to check out and have early breakfast due to staff prepares food early. She instructed us to come down 7:15 and she would let staff know we were coming early. Came down for early checkout and waited in lobby patiently for opening of eating area. Finally staff came out at 7:30am and told us no breakfast before 8 am and pointed at the sign. We Explained needing to leave early for our flight and promise of staff with checking in day before and discussing it again that evening before but he rudely said “no breakfast before 8am“ We were embarrassed and frustrated needing to catch our boat early to the airport so left without any breakfast that was included in the price.

The single bed didn't have legs; it was just a cot on the floor, which also creaked.

Hotel Cristallo Venice is a good hotel in Lido. The area is a bit far from the train station and airport, but the location is nice and the beaches are very close. ??️ Lido is a bit far from Train station and Airport but its a very good place.

No fridge in room. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The light on the scrren of the AC cannot be dimmed. It's too shiny during the night.

Really friendly and helpful team, super hospitality, everyone made us feel very welcome! Excellently located hotel, comfortable and great value. Walking distance to the water taxis, beach and shops. Great communication throughout the booking, we enjoyed our healthy breakfast to start the day and a big thank you to Nabil and the Team for helping us with our queries, going above and beyond, making it a very pleasant stay and lovely holiday on the Lido.

This is such a welcoming hotel, with great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. It is especially suited for staying with family, with simple yet convenient rooms. It is very easy and quick to go to Venice, Murano, Burano etc. using the vaporetto water-bus system. Lido is a great place to relax, with ample restaurants and bars, and a very large sandy beach (most of it is private beach, though, where you need to rent a place; the free beach is all the way north, but still very nice). You can go for a stroll, finding some historic and festival-related buildings, and discover the market on the waterside.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially during the summer months.

Good location, very nice staff, nice breakfast, loved the stay.

The location is great. There was a big carpet on the whole room floor, it is hard to keep it spotless and dust free.
