staff was very friendly, great central location, ac worked perfectly, fast wifi outdated interior and damaged bathroom facilities, the shower wasn’t a proper shower and it would spread water in the rest of the bathroom, cleaning must be improved

Location was amazing, especially for the price! The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful, apartment was perfect for a few days stay. The split level accommodation suited great for the three of us travelling. Bathroom wasn't the best to use, as the shower and toilet were overlapping, however wasn't a major issue as it was only a few days stay and we were out exploring most of the time.

Excellent location near ponte di Rialto and other interests. Quiet location. Was comfortable. It was little clumsy with 3 adults. It did not allow changing the thermostat. Bathroom is little outdated.

Excellent location and superb property manager Bahar. The bathroom was extremely uncomfortable and there was not control of the room temperature.

Old renovated room. There were a few mosquitoes and a minor water pressure issue

Excellent location and Bahar was a lovely and helpful hostess. The room was a bit small as we were advised but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable as it was like a wet room and the top of the toilet kept moving.

The staff was very kind and the location was good I stayed in the infamous first floor room which was terrible, there is no window on the room and the shower is tiny, not good to fit a human. The facilities are really old and it is not very comfortable. Also, does not offer breakfast, for its price it should have this option because it is an expensive hotel.

we liked the location. centrally located and close to the center, Rialto, St. marco piazza. we liked the apartment, it was spacious and was clean. it also appreciated the fridge for common use.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, we were able to check in 2 hours early.

No air conditioning available until later in the summer, which we understand but wish we knew in advance. Need a shelf in the shower. It is bed only; no breakfast but lots of cafes near by.

The 1 staff was good but the bathroom needs to be fixed up I did not like the fact that I booked bed and breakfast but when I asked after I payed about breakfast I was told no they don't do breakfast
