Absolutely amazing and worth it. Cozy rooms that create a really calming atmosphere. The price and location? Unbeatable. The staff is also friendly and the beds really comfortable! Only stayed one night but I'd recommended it to anyone and would for sure come back in the future if given the chance.

Location is excellent, this room is in the back of the building, so likely quieter than the street side. Bed was very comfortable, the whole place was super clean. The stairs to the third floor were very steep more like a ladder. I suppose this might be common in Europe, but for my little old lady knees and suitcase, I had to leave it on the floor below! Also, the listing as B and B, I was expecting the second B to be breakfast, its just coffee or tea, so that is a little misleading.

Very good, nice people, perfect location Only thing, I guess it's booking's error, it didn't say the bathroom was outside the bedroom We stay one day only and everything was super cleaned, the bathroom was only for us But that needs to be specified

Only location. The old, cleaning lady at the hotel was very cheerful, helpful and tried to find solutions, we were very pleased with her. After settling in at the hotel, when we went out to have a drink, the hotel manager called us and shouted at us saying that we should not drink something in the room, and blamed us without questioning and we did not like her harsh and impolite attitude at all. Also, the bathroom drain was clogged, we had to take a bath in the pool. We also did not feel safe. Also, for those with walking difficulties, the stairs leading to the rooms are incredibly steep. You feel like you're climbing.

Location, staff, food, cleanliness, ambience. Cold at night, specifications were unclear untill booked and called them for clarification.

Great location. Friendly staff in the cafe downstairs. You need to know that one of the rooms (room 4) faces the street and there are a few pubs around that have people sitting outside until late at night (and there may be noise). Part of being in a very central location. For those who need it, the B&B provides free earplugs :-)

- Great location right in city centre and only 5 min away from Venlo main station - Plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, stores etc around - The hotel staff was nice - I liked the bathroom, comfortable - The furniture and decoration was decent - As far as I could tell, there was no AC in my room, which might prove problematic during summer temperatures. It got a bit warm.in the room. - minor point, but the card with the house rules was only in Dutch - I didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable and I think the mattress is too short - no TV - not really a criticism and it isn't declared as such, but be aware that this is not a hotel but a bed & breakfast. So the service will not be on the same level as a proper hotel. - when you want to leave your room, you need to walk through the cafe downstairs

The location. Private bathrooms are clearly NOT private. Also, I can hear almost everything the guy/gal at the other room doing.

Closeness to the train station. Easy transport connection to the hotel. The guy that checked us in was nice and friendly. We enjoyed the cookies as well The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We were asked to pay €5,50 Touristen fee instead of 4.00 stated on the site. They also collected €25.00 from us because we arrived late. We were communicating the whole time wirh them about the delay in our journey which made our arrival time extended beyond what we thought. We also did not see the late arrival fees on their site but it was stated that we should communicate with the prooerty for an arrangement in case of late arrival and that was what we did. The staff that collected the money from us was rude. Television was listed as part of the Fachliteratur in the room but we found no Television in our room.

Great host and fantastic meals. I hope we didn't have racist neighbors
