The room had no window i was feeling like in prison the room size was small

The location was convenient and the booking process itself was straightforward. Unfortunately, I was not able to actually use the hotel, so I cannot fairly comment on the room or facilities. I was unable to check in because the hotel closed and check-in was denied when I arrived, and I was not contacted in advance about this. The next day, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, and neither the hotel nor my Booking.com message received any follow-up whatsoever.

Not even a glass of water, 1 member of staff, offended me, because I couldn't open the door to access the rooms, I had the keys, but the door was out of order, I went to him and he called me stupid

It's basically just a big bed in a small room without windows, a TV nailed to the wall, and a shower cabin. Closest equivalent would be a capsule hotel. The only thing you can do in the room is sleep.

Room had no windows, AC unit was very loud, remote didnt work at all, no manual for it either. No passive ventilation, we had to keep door open during night.

Close to the city centre, bar with board games, comfortable mattress The AC didn’t work and it was 25 degrees in the room. When we complained we were put into another room with the comment „this one has a window“. Turned out, you can’t open the windows. The AC in the new room was broken as well plus the room smelled like cigarettes so intensely that it hurt the nose. So basically the situation was worse now. Extremely uncomfortable night with the heat and smell - if the room is 25 degrees in March, how is it in August? I mean I didn’t expect much, but for that even half the price would have been too expensive for that

Location was great. Rooms are extremly small. Bed sheets were dirty. Room was also dirty.

Location in a beautiful old building. The corridors were filthy all the time with guests' rubbish, dirty towels and even vomit all over on Christmas day. Toilets and room were not cleaned, ever, during the four days I was there. When I complained about the vomit etc i was told 'I was free to leave if I didn't like it'?! I checked out a day early despite having paid already. Hoping for a refund, but life's too short to stay in a dirty unwelcoming place!
