The person in the night shift was very rude and nasty. The place wasn’t that clean. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel

Very nice small hotel with very polite, friendly and positive staff. Amazing breakfast! This is the place where you want to come back. a little bit noisy, if your windows are on the street, because some traffic of the cars.

A very pleasant hotel! The breakfasts include everything you need, the room itself is clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean with everything you need. The staff greeted us very positively, despite the fact that we arrived very late.

Did not have breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The high-end toiletries were supplied. I like it a lot. The heater didn't work in the beginning but after I called the reception, the switch was turned on. Our electric tool brush was not charged overnight. My wife wondered if the outlets were off during the night.

What was not to like? You arrive at the hotel, with a big parking north next to it. Check in is fast. The rooms are big and have airconditioning and windows overlooking the Meuse (Maas). There is an elevator, for the few stairs too. Along the hotel on the riverside is a terrace where they serve excellent brasserie or a la carte. Both stand out. Try the croquet extravaganza! All are handmade from the kitchen. You will delighted. Breakfast is served personally. The chef presents everything on the table and asks how you want your eggs. No lines, and no waste. The tables are wide spread and you are in a beautiful room with art. There is a special breakfast too. The chef wrote a beautiful book on asparagus, Limburg's pride veggie, which you can buy for a fair price. I had our copy signed. Staff in general is delightful. They know their business to serve in a friendly way and that is a revelation! Leaving...

How gently staff was. Not usual in Europe

We did spend there 3 nights, around this 15/08, for business; and it was just splendid and grogeous. Staff is amazingly at his place and there when needed. The food and wines were of high standards. The Hotel as well as around and sauna/ gym were very clean. A very good quality/ price for such an excellence. Thanks N/A

Most of the focus is on the restaurant and dining. Wouldn’t recommend only staying one night since the location is a little far from town and pretty car dependent

Super location on the river and easy walk into Venlo. Bath robe, slippers and toiletries all added to the luxury feel. Staff always cheerful, welcoming and friendly. Nothing. Sound travels, noise of water if another room using shower.

Super location overlooking the R Maas, 5 minute walk along river into Venlo. Superior rooms overlooking the river are huge with large white marble tiled shower rooms. Comfort rooms smaller, no view but still bigger than most hotel rooms. Take a travel kettle if you like a morning cuppa, only a coffee machine in room. Excellent Michelin star restaurant, but naturally not cheap! We treated ourselves one night, but the restaurants of Venlo are only a 5 minute walk away. Lovely big terrace to watch the boats go by. Staff very friendly, professional and eager to please. Plenty of parking, cctv. Nothing really. Maybe the brasserie could be open in the evenings serving food.
