NOTHING Arrived by taxi. NOBODY to check me in. Went up barely lit winding stairway. Saw just a bed and jacuzzi AGAIN dimly lit. QUITE FRANKLY a scary situation. I NEEDED the taxi driver to hand carry me upstairs. WOULD not stay alone and left. LIKE I SAI D I met NOBODY or SAW ANYONE representing the hotel. Cannot recommend and YES AGAIN I was TERRIFIED to stay there. DO NOT PAY this property. Ronald J Cabral Sr.

The only location for the hot water was inside the jacuzzi and the sink. The shower water was not hot at all! When I attempted to use the jacuzzi I ran the water and got inside, but when I hit the Jets it was full of trash and I had to get out immediately.

the jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting, after complaining about black stuff coming out of the jets, I was told to drain and refill it. I spent 4-5 hours removing the screen and cleaning the crap out with no help from the staff. when I sent pictures they wouldn’t even come to the room to look for themselves.

Nothing No hot water. You can hear everything going on in the hallway and outside. Bed was dirty. Shower dirty
