We didn’t have breakfast there, service was good but the place is not good We left 3 days before because we saw cockroaches, pillows too hard, towels and sheets old, the place needs some repair

The whole hotel is worn out. Furniture in the room was old and partly broken. Also there's only few of the furniture in the room, no wardrobe or so, even though the room is spacious. Stains and holes on bed linen and towels. There's a plastic foil on the mattress, so the sleeping is uncomfortable. Sewage smell in bathroom, dirty windows. No good restaurants nearby, also the closest beach is terrible. Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. Strong stream of hot water all time. A la carte breakfast was okayish. Everyday cleaning.

Location, good price, good room space, elevator, comfy pillows, hot water. Internet is very good, Smart tvs on the Rooms. A lot of water wasted since there’s no door into the shower (can be messy), bedsheets need a change (they’re old), small parking (only 7 vehicles allowed, first come first served, then parking on the street only), staff is not friendly (they’re just do what needs to be done and not more). Limited towels, only 2 big old towels (no face towels, or bath mat or floor towels), blankets only available on demand at reception.

The Hotel is in an older more quiet part of the city much to our delight - walking distance to the centro historico and only footsteps to the Aquarium, Malecon and beaches. The restaurant provided great value for the package deal for guests. Be sure to purchase the day before to get this offer. The housekeeping is top notch and beds were also supremely comfortable. Amazing value ! The first room provided did not have a window and so we were able to switch to another room without any problem. I attempted to purchase a coffee to takeaway from the restaurant however it seems that the policy is dine-in only. Some of the fixtures (curtains, ceiling) are needing repair but overall they are providing great product .
