The beds and the shaky windows. We heard everything outside. If the beds were softer it would have been tolerable whether the windows were shaking or not.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel is in general fine looking. It is in front of the aquarium but far from downtown and the path to arrive is not smooth. Not many choices for eating nearby.

The room was clean, air-conditioned & the bed firmly comfortable, the location is fantastic with a nice view of the docks and beach from this hotel you are just a small walk away from the aquarium. The staff is helpful, the service is good and the restaurant food is tasty with very affordable prices in comparison to other seafood restaurants nearby that have unwanted hidden charges. I would definitely come back and stay here again! What the hotel needs is to do some very minor repairs on door stops and perhaps a little exterior window cleaning on some panels.

we have visited this hotel several times and it like visiting family. l love the staff. Beds and pillows are older and very firm. it's time for more comfortable bedding.

All and all breakfast was normal. Service excellent and this was our second visit. We both brought our bikes and was allowed to put them safely in one of two of their Banquet rooms. I truly recommend this hotel If you like to swim then this is not the pool for you. AC was not working properly but we were moved to another room without any stress.
