I loved the location close to the Malecon and zocalo, we had the beach right across the street.

At nigtI I found 2 roaches in the bed, shower dirty,in the morning the front desk,no skills to deal with customer inquiries

Staff wasn’t very friendly. I ask for blankets and they refused to give me more than one per bed (she said she could give me more then one ) . I was cold ☹️

The views were amazing. I booked a room with 2 double beds because my husband and I are getting divorced and they gave us a room with a king sized bed instead.

Only the location. I already reviewed the other room however the room that we were unable to stay in, have a strong, constant smell of sewer and human waste ever present. Hotel staff did not care when I complained and refused a refund.

Location ONLY. Nothing else. Rude Front Desk staff at times,, no hot water, no deadbolt lock, no toilet paper, elevator not running 75% of the time, feces odor constantly present in the room from the bathroom drains, broken windows, unable to lock, balcony door leaked water into room, dead batteries in TV remote control, Front Desk clerk on two occasions refused to call us a taxi,

The best thing about the location was the proximity to the malecon. The worst thing about the location is the proximity to the malecon from 1-3 AM as ferociously loud vehicles ripped up and down alongside trucks with the backs tricked out with speakers cranking full blast. No soundproofing at all, so you're a guest at an all-night party. Most importantly, there was an overpowering chemical smell coming out of the bathroom, sort of like one of those urinal disinfectant pucks, but much stronger. Thought it would fade, but it was just as strong three days later when we left.
