We rented and did stay because it was not what we thought we talked to the guy said he would refund us and never did so we lost money and had to pay for another room somewhere else never again will I use Air bnb again they steal your money Nothing

Location. Quiet street Bugs in room. Worn pillows, no blanket provided, Bathroom not cleaned adequately, torn and broken curtains, rusted refrigerator that froze our fruit. Alot of rust. The worst part was visibly seeing live bugs. There was a big dead one when we checked in. Floors need to be mopped

The location was best to see all the historical spots. Besides this hotel being super run down, with very basic amenities, the staff was awful. Both the front desk ladies were not very friendly at all and super short with their help. The towels and bedding are absolutely gross. You have to turn in your towels, which I don’t understand why if they aren’t even white.

Great location, 15 minutes walking distance to Mercado Hidalgo, almost in front of the beach, close to bus stops. Great value for the price paid.

The room was not what we expected. Was small and stinks, was dust everywher, not coming back ever again.

Great location, quiet and low price. Free wi-fi. There was some damp in the room and the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. it would have been nice to have a reading light or a softer alternative to the main light. There were several hairs belonging to another guest in the bathroom. There was also no free drinking water.

The hotel room is spacious, the beds comfy and the bathroom clean with hot water and proper running water. It's conveniently located at a walking distance from the Malecon. The night clerk was rude and unwilling to help. Parking is limited to space, so we had to park on the street. When asked for extra towels, I was told that the hotel wouldn't provide them.
